An electric pipe expander and intelligent control circuit for the electric pipe expander are provided. The electric pipe expander includes a pipe expander body and a mandrel sliding cavity disposed on the pipe expander body. A chuck body capable of clamping a pipe to be processed is disposed at an opening end of the mandrel sliding cavity. A mandrel is slidingly connected in the mandrel sliding cavity, an outer side end of the mandrel is provided with an obliquely disposed pipe expanding cone, an inner side end of the mandrel is provided with an elastic body accommodating cavity. Flat keys are disposed on the mandrel, and an elastic body is clamped and disposed between the flat keys and a bottom surface of the elastic body accommodating cavity.

A tool for roll-forming a noncircular lip of a component includes a central shaft, first and second axles, and first and second rollers. The central shaft has a longitudinal axis. The central shaft is adapted to rotate about the longitudinal axis. The axles extend from and are fixed to the central shaft. The axles have respective first and second lateral axes that extend substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. The rollers are rotatably coupled to respective axles, adapted to rotate about the respective lateral axes, radially spaced with respect to the longitudinal axis, and circumferentially spaced with respect to each other. The first and second rollers are adapted to concurrently operably engage the noncircular lip, and deform the noncircular lip.

A hollow axle shaft for transmitting rotational motion from a prime mover to a wheel of a vehicle comprises an elongated member. The elongated member extends along an axis between a first end and a second end. The hollow axle shaft further comprises a flange at the first end and extending radially away from the axis for receiving the wheel. The flange is integral with the elongated member. A method of manufacturing the hollow axle shaft comprises the step of providing the elongated member comprising a material and defining a bore extending along the axis between the first and second ends, and the step of forming the flange with the material at the first end.
METHOD OF ASSEMBLING A PUMP HAVING A NONCIRCULAR JOINT
A method of assembling a cover to a housing of a pump includes roll-forming a noncircular lip by rotating a roll-forming tool about a longitudinal axis. The roll-forming tool includes first and second rollers engaging the noncircular lip. The method includes applying a load to the noncircular lip, the load being applied parallel to a longitudinal axis, and continuing rotating the roll-forming tool about the longitudinal axis. The longitudinal axis remains in a fixed position. Rotating the roll-forming tool causes the first and second rollers to concurrently operably engage the noncircular lip, deform the noncircular lip, and assemble the cover to the housing.
Piping system
A piping system includes a flare machining mechanism and a screw machining mechanism that machines the ends of pipes by cold-pressed formation. The flare machining mechanism flares the ends of pipes outward and the screw machining mechanism machines the outside of the pipe end into a convex screw and the inside of the pipe end into a concave screw are provided on the same rotor mechanism and the same chuck. The piping system is configured to execute flare machining and screw machining of the end of the pipe by exchanging the flare machining head and the screw machining head.
Processing device for flange
Processing device for flange includes processing table. Feeding and discharging conveying rollers are separately arranged on two sides of processing table, which includes bottom frame. Fixing table is fixedly arranged on middle part of bottom frame. Front side of bottom frame is provided with sliding base, and back side is provided with driving frame. Driving frame is rotationally provided with vertical driving roller. Rotation frame is rotationally arranged on upper end of driving frame and slidably provided with upper-side moving frame. Upper-side moving frame is provided with liftable lifting table, lower end of which is rotationally provided with upper-side driven roller. Inner-supporting clamping mechanism is arranged inside upper-side driven roller; and lower end thereof is provided with lower-side driven roller that can slide horizontally. Butting mechanism is arranged between upper-side and lower-side driven rollers, and clutch mechanism is arranged between rotation frame and driving roller.
