Methods for preparing a slide fastener for operational use on an article
A method of preparing a cut length of slide fastener chain for operational use includes: providing a system that includes first and second machines; providing a cut length of slide fastener chain; introducing a notch to one end of the cut length of slide fastener chain, using the first machine; orienting a slider body onto a positioning device, using the second machine, so that the slider body is in a fixed position; inserting the notched end of the cut length of slide fastener chain into a mouth of the slider body; and pulling the cut length of slide fastener chain through the slider body by a distance, thereby mounting the slider body to the cut length of slide fastener chain.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A CAP STRUCTURE
A method of manufacturing a cap structure includes providing an initial cap body; placing an elastic piece on an inner surface of the initial cap body; and then punching the initial cap body to form a cap body. The cap structure includes a cap body and an elastic piece. The cap body has at least two first inner concave grooves, at least two first retaining blocks and at least two first through holes. The at least two first inner concave grooves are disposed on the inner surface of the cap body, and the at least two first through holes pass through the cap body. The elastic piece is disposed on the inner surface of the cap body, and the at least two first retaining blocks contact the elastic piece for retaining or abutting the elastic piece.

CAP STRUCTURE AND ZIPPER HEAD ASSEMBLY STRUCTURE
A cap structure includes a cap body and an elastic piece. The cap body has at least two first inner concave grooves corresponding to each other, at least two first retaining blocks respectively extending outwardly from the at least two first inner concave grooves, and at least two first through holes corresponding to each other and respectively adjacent to the at least two first retaining blocks. The at least two first inner concave grooves are disposed on the inner surface of the cap body, and the at least two first through holes pass through the cap body to form two breach holes between the inner and the outer surfaces of the cap body. The elastic piece is disposed on the inner surface of the cap body, and the at least two first retaining blocks contact the elastic piece for retaining or abutting the elastic piece.

Metal one piece slide and pull for slide fastener
The present device provides a slide assembly for a zipper, and a method for manufacturing a zipper slide assembly. The slider assembly is formed in a single die cast operation to include the slider and the pull member being formed simultaneously. Whereby the bridge and pull loop are formed with their full geometric shape and without converging flat surfaces caused by tooling limitations found in the prior art.
Slider and method for repairing slide fastener
A slider body of a slider includes a slider main member and a slider sub-member. The slider main member includes at least a portion of a first blade and at least a portion of a second blade which are connected to each other through a guide column. The slider sub-member includes a pair of first flange sections and is assembled with and fixed to the slider main member. The slider can easily be attached to a fastener chain. Since the slider stably has a predetermined distance between the first and second blades, it is possible to secure satisfactory sliding properties and operability of the slider.
Slide fastener attachment method
The slide fastener attachment method includes: integrating, by welding or bonding, a fastener chain to which a segmented slider has not been attached and a fastener receiving member, and attaching the slider to the fastener chain after the integration. Thus, welding work operation efficiency is improved, and reduction of production cost can be expected.
