TOOL FOR JOINING COMPONENTS
A tool for joining components, in particular at least two metal sheets lying flat on top of each other, with a housing, in which a primary tappet composed of a punch and a hold-down device is mounted such that it can be driven in the axial direction (A), a die assigned to the punch and an element feed that can be moved in the axial direction (A) relative to the housing, via which auxiliary joining parts, especially rivets, can be fed to the primary tappet. At least one position coupled at least indirectly to the primary tappet and at least one position decoupled from the primary tappet can be assumed by the element feed, and the element feed can be moved in the coupled position together with the primary tappet in the axial direction and remains stationary relative to the housing in the decoupled position upon a movement of the primary tappet.
FASTENING SYSTEM AND FASTENING METHOD
A fastening system includes a plurality of fasteners having different sizes, and is provided with a pressurizing pump which pressurizes a fluid to a prescribed pressure, a plurality of pressurizing units which each have a pressure receiving surface, are each disposed in a position capable of pressurizing each respective fastener, and which receive the fluid on the pressure receiving surface to pressurize each fastener. A supply system includes a base end connected to the pressurizing pump and a plurality of branch ends connected to each pressurizing unit, which branches from the base end toward the branch ends, and which is capable of supplying the fluid from the base end throughout the branch ends. Each pressure receiving surface has an individual pressure receiving surface area corresponding to the corresponding size, and the fluid is supplied at the prescribed pressure from the base end throughout the pressure receiving surfaces.

HYDRAULIC TOOL FOR A PULLING AND/OR PRESSING DEVICE
Hydraulic tool for driving a pulling and/or pressing device, comprising a drive shaft that can be mounted to a screwdriver, wherein the drive shaft is operable to drive a hydraulic pump that pumps hydraulic fluid into the operating chamber of a hydraulic power piston. The hydraulic tool may in particular be configured as a riveting or punching attachment for a cordless screwdriver.

Method for operating a hydraulically operated hand-held device and hydraulically operated hand-held device
A method for operating a hydraulically operated hand-held device is provided. The hand-held device includes a hydraulic pump, a moving part, a fixed part and a return valve with an associated valve seat. The moving part can be displaced into a working position by a build-up of hydraulic pressure produced by filling a hydraulic chamber with hydraulic medium from a storage chamber using the hydraulic pump. The moving part can be automatically moved back from the working position into an end position by opening the return valve, if a predetermined working pressure is reached. The hydraulic pressure acting upon the return valve for triggering a movement of the moving part into the end position is increased independently of reaching the predefined working pressure.
METHOD FOR OPERATING A HYDRAULICALLY OPERATED HANDHELD DEVICE, AND HYDRAULICALLY OPERATED HANDHELD DEVICE
A hydraulically operated handheld device and a method of operating same are provided. The device includes a hydraulic pump, a moving part, a fixed part and a return valve with an associated valve seat. The moving part is moved into a working position due to the buildup of a hydraulic pressure by filling a hydraulic chamber with hydraulic medium from a reservoir with the aid of the hydraulic pump. The moving part can be automatically moved back from the working position into an end position upon reaching a predefined working pressure by opening the return valve. The hydraulic pressure acting upon the return valve is increased by a separately triggerable pressure increase, which results in opening of the return valve, in a hydraulic medium volume located upstream of the return valve in a flow direction of the hydraulic medium during the movement into the end position.
Handheld Handle-Powered Pull Riveter
A blind riveting device is provided, which is adapted for engagement to a handle having a powered translating member projecting therefrom. Force from the translating member imparted to a drive piston moves a second piston to pull a blind rivet connected to a jaw engaged with the second piston, thereby mounting the blind rivet.

Motor control device
A motor control device includes a pressure command unit calculating a pressure command for commanding pressure generated in a pressure control object, a pressure detection unit detecting the pressure generated in the pressure control object, a pressure control unit calculating a speed command for pressure control for the servo motor, based on the calculated pressure command and the detected pressure, and a servo control unit controlling speed of the servo motor, based on the calculated speed command. The pressure control unit performs an integral operation. When a direction of increasing pressure in the integral operation is defined as a positive direction in the integral operation, and a direction of decreasing the pressure is defined as a negative direction, a median between an upper limit in the positive direction and a lower limit in the negative direction in the integral operation is larger than zero.
