RIVET GUN
A rivet gun includes a gun body and a spear detachably connected. The gun body has an axial negative pressure air chamber and an axial hydraulic chamber intercommunicating for gas pressure. The spear includes a connecting chamber communicating with the hydraulic chamber and a gun nozzle. A jaw chamber operating for nail-clamping purposes is adjacent to the gun nozzle. The hydraulic chamber has a piston and an elastic member attached to the piston, other end of the elastic member connecting to the negative pressure air chamber. The piston is coupled to a rod, the rod bears on the jaw chamber to move along the axis of the connecting chamber and thereby clamp on or release a riveting nail.
Staking tool
A staking tool is disclosed. The staking tool may include a main body, at least one punch disposed within the main body, and an actuator in mechanical communication with the at least one punch. The actuator may be configured to drive the at least one punch from a first position to a second position.

PORTABLE HYDRAULIC POWER TOOL
A hydraulic power tool is provided including a rivet squeezer comprising two opposing surfaces, a hydraulic cylinder configured to move the surfaces between an open position and a compressed position, a hydraulic pump configured to provide hydraulic pressure to actuate the hydraulic cylinder in a first direction, and an air tank configured to provide pneumatic pressure to actuate the hydraulic cylinder in a second direction. Actuation of the hydraulic cylinder in the first direction causes the surfaces to move from the open position to the compressed position and actuation of the hydraulic cylinder in the second direction causes the surfaces to move from the compressed position to the open position.

PRESSURE-LIMITING UNIT FOR A PRESSURE BOOSTER AS WELL AS A PRESSURE BOOSTER FOR DRIVING HYDRAULIC TOOLS
A pressure-limiting unit for a pressure booster for driving hydraulic tools. The unit includes a pneumatic unit that is driven by gas or air pressure, a hydraulic unit connected to the pneumatic unit and having a hydraulic port for connecting the hydraulic tool to the hydraulic unit in a fluid-tight manner and a pressure-limiting valve for adjusting the hydraulic pressure. The unit includes a closing element pushed against a valve seat by a spring element and having a displaceable adjusting element for adjusting the spring force of the spring element. To provide a pressure-limiting unit and a pressure booster for driving hydraulic tools with a pressure-limiting unit, which offer the possibility of making a precise adjustment of the hydraulic pressure in a simple way, the pressure-limiting unit includes a position detection unit connected to the adjusting element to detect the axial position of the adjusting element, an evaluation unit for determining the set hydraulic pressure as a function of the axial position, and an output unit for displaying the set hydraulic pressure.
Fastener installation system with split tool head and actuation base
A fastener application device comprising an hydraulically-operated tool head held by an operator and having an actuator trigger, a base structure having an air-operated power cylinder operatively attached to an hydraulic cylinder to supply hydraulic pressure to the tool head in response to operation of the actuator trigger. The tool head and base structure are connected only by air and oil lines that are long enough to allow the base structure to be supported on, for example, a workbench, requiring the tool operator to support only the weight of the tool head during a fastener installation sequence.

PNEUMATIC UNIT FOR A HYDROPNEUMATIC PRESSURE BOOSTER
A pneumatic unit for a hydropneumatic pressure booster has a system line that leads from a compressed air inlet to a compressed air outlet. A bypass line runs parallel to the system line and it is connected to the system line via first and second compressed air switches. A compressed air reservoir is connected in the bypass line, and a pressure intensifier is connected in the region between the first compressed air switch and the compressed air reservoir. The pneumatic unit makes available to the pressure booster a sufficiently high pneumatic pressure for carrying out at least one operational step of a connected hydraulic tool, even in the case of a pressure decrease or pressure failure in the supplying pneumatic line. For that purpose, the second compressed air switch is configured for switching the compressed air flow between the system line and the bypass line.
PRESSURE BOOSTER FOR DRIVING HYDRAULIC TOOLS
A pressure booster for driving hydraulic tools has a gas or air pressure-driven pneumatic unit with a system line attaching to a compressed air inlet. An hydraulic unit is connected to the pneumatic unit. The hydraulic unit has a hydraulic connection to the fluid-tight connection of the hydraulic tool to the hydraulic unit. To provide a pressure booster which enables the use of electrically operated functional components independent of an external electrical connection, it is provided that a compressed air generator connected to the compressed air inlet is connected to an internal electrical consumer and/or a connection unit for connecting an external electrical consumer.
