Embodiments of the invention are directed to a molding system and kit for molding a modeling compound. The molding system is generally comprised of an openable interlocking molding device, the openable interlocking molding device is configured to cast external features onto a modeling compound surface by securing the modeling compound within a molding cavity of the openable interlocking molding device. Further, the molding system includes a substrate with movable joints that is configured to be enveloped by the modeling compound prior to casting the external features onto the modeling compound by the interlocking molding device.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A RECYCLABLE TOY
The invention discloses a recyclable toy and the manufacturing method thereof, the method comprising the following steps: S1, according to the designed shape of the toy, manufacturing a pulp sucking molding die and a hot press shaping die with a corresponding shape, and conducting trimming by a die cutter; S2, placing the pulp sucking molding die in a pulp containing tank so that the pulp sucking molding die sucks the pulp, and demolding to obtain a toy wet green; S3, using the hot press shaping die to hot press the toy wet green for shaping by a hot press machine so as to obtain the recyclable toy. The invention provides a toy and a method using pulp as a raw material. The manufactured toy has good quality, contains recyclable material and is environmentally friendly, which is firstly seen in the field of toy manufacturing.
METHOD FOR MAKING A THREE-DIMENSIONAL OBJECT
A method, composition and kit that enable the creation of a three-dimensional object by the action of placing at least one molding composition of at least one color or type into a mold, and then subsequently placing the mold within a liquid hardening agent to cure and solidify the molding composition enough so the three-dimensional object can be removed from the mold and become an object of display or a toy to be played with.
COLOURED SLIMYSAND AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
The invention discloses a coloured slimysand comprising following raw materials in percentage by weight: 70%-88% of silicon dioxide, 5%-10% of water, 1%-5% of phenyl silicone oil, 1%-3% of mannitol, 1%-5% of white granulated sugar, 2%-10% of adhesive, 0.2%-1.3% of preservative, and 0.1%-0.5% of pigment, wherein silicon dioxide selected is penetrating porous one after smoothing treatment. The preparation method is: preparing raw materials; sieving silicon dioxide, soaking in clean water, transferring to the container, and colouring silicon dioxide by prepared pigment solution via hyperbaric spraying, to be used after drying; adding water, white granulated sugar and adhesive to the container, stirring while heating until all are dissolved and transparent, then adding coloured silicon dioxide, stirring well, and cooling to below 50° C.; adding phenyl silicone oil, mannitol and preservative, mixing well and cooling, obtaining coloured slimysand, featuring light weight, safe use, good moisturizing property and strong tensile capacity.
Kit for creating miniature replica of a food or beverage item
A kit for creating a miniature replica of a food or beverage item, the kit including a base object that forms a base of the miniature replica of the food or beverage item, the base object comprising a miniature replica of a component of the food or beverage item, a resin container storing a resin configured to be applied to the base object and to adhere to the base object, the resin container comprising a miniature replica of a container associated with the food or beverage item, and one or more ingredient objects configured to be at least partially embedded in the resin, the one or more ingredient objects comprising miniature replicas of one or more ingredients associated with the food or beverage item, the base object and the resin comprising complementary properties that enable the ultraviolet light to penetrate the resin and thereby cure the resin.
System and method for molding comestible building blocks
A mold system includes an upper mold and a lower mold. The upper mold and the lower mold include a base plate having a lower surface and an upper surface. At least one protrusion extends a first height from the lower surface of the base plate to a distal end wall and defines a mold cavity accessible through an opening of the lower base plate. One or more bosses extend a second height from the distal end wall, and at least one support leg extends a third height from the lower surface of the base plate to a terminal end. At least one socket is formed on the upper surface of the lower base plate adjacent the at least one support leg. The mold system is operable between a storage configuration and a molding configuration by rotating the upper mold relative to the lower mold.
Composition
A composition comprising; a) at least one homopolymer or copolymer of vinyl acetate; and b) at least one softener.
Snowball forming apparatus, and method of use
A snowball forming apparatus, and method of use, disclosed herein comprises: an elongated shaft and handle; a funnel shaped cover encircling and covering the shaft up to the handle, and the shaft is slide-able within the cover; and a plurality of grapples connected to the distal end of the shaft, and moveable between an open position to collect snow and release a snowball, and a closed position to form a spherical snowball. The apparatus further comprises a plurality of hinge mechanisms connecting the shaft to the grapples to open and close the grapples by pushing the shaft out of the cover (open grapples) and pulling on the shaft (close grapples). In an embodiment, the apparatus comprises a shaft with a triangular cross-section, three concave grapples, and one spring-actuated hinge per grapple. The user is not required to significantly bend over or touch the snow in order to make snowballs.
