Generation of building instructions for construction element models
A toy construction system comprising a set of toy construction elements with coupling means for releasably interconnecting the toy construction elements; and a data processing system comprising image capturing means, processing means, and display means, wherein the data processing system is adapted to capture an image of a partial toy construction model constructed from a subset of the toy construction elements; process the captured image to detect at least a position and an orientation of the partial toy construction model; identify a user selection indicative of a user selection of at least one of a set of subsequent construction elements, each subsequent construction element being connectable to the partial toy construction model; responsive to the detected position and orientation of the partial toy construction model, display on said display means a composite image comprising the captured image having superimposed an image of at least the selected subsequent construction element.
Toy building set
A toy building set comprising at least two toy building elements of which the one toy building element is provided with one or more coupling means of first type, and the second toy building element is provided with one or more coupling means of second type that is/are configured to be complementary to said coupling means of first type to the effect that they can be interconnected to form a structure, wherein the second toy building element comprises a flywheel (10) which is rotatably mounted on the toy building element, wherein the flywheel comprises one or more actuator mechanisms (21); and wherein the coupling means and the complementarily configured coupling means are configured such that the second toy building element can be mounted on the first toy building element in two or more different positions.
Play center
A play center including a number of frames secured to each other to at least partially define substantially vertical walls of the outdoor play center, each frame having two or more openings, and a number of panels, each panel having a body thereof, the panels being receivable in selected ones of the openings. Each of the openings is partially defined by one or more elongate side walls of each frame. Each panel includes one or more flanges extending from the body over at least a receiving portion of the side wall. The play center also includes a number of fasteners for fastening the flanges to the receiving portions.
Magnetic wooden block toy
A magnetic wooden block toy configured to provide improved magnetic force between magnetic wooden blocks is provided. The magnetic wooden block toy includes a wooden body and at least one magnet casing embedded therein. The magnet casing includes a casing body, a flange having a sloped inner surface, and a top opening defined by the sloped inner surface. The magnet casing contains at least one magnet.
Interactive toy brick with a capacitive proximity switch for triggering
A functional toy brick adapted to perform a preconfigured function and is trigger responsive to the detection of close proximity of human limbs. The toy brick comprises a housing adapted for removable attachment to other commercially available toy bricks and has at least one translucent surface, an electronic element arranged inside the housing and adapted to perform a preconfigured function, a power source electrically connected to the electronic element for providing the power to perform the function, and a mechanical switch arranged inside the housing and operable from the outside to isolate the power source for prolonged storage. The electronic element further comprises a capacitive proximity switch for detecting close proximity of human limbs. The capacitive proximity switch comprises a sensor integrated circuit and at least one electrode, including one removable electrode which is remotely extended outside of the housing via an electrical wire and a pin receptacle.

A method of assembling a composite base plate includes securing two component base plates to one another via a common backing material. A method of printing on a base plate includes applying ultraviolet ink to at least the top surface of the base plate from an ultraviolet light printer, the base plate having a plurality of studs or nodes projecting from the top surface.

Connector for constructions system and construction system
A connector element for a construction system, the construction system having first and second construction elements. The first type of construction elements comprising at least one construction element having connector knobs formed on a surface thereof and arranged in a regular two-dimensional lattice. The second type of construction elements comprising at least one construction element configured to cooperate with a connector peg to form a snap connection. The connector element comprising an elongate body having first and second ends and a longitudinal axis (A.sub.1). The first end having a first cylindrical connector portion, having an inner surface configured to form a friction fit, and an outer surface configured to form a friction fit between four neighbouring connector knobs formed on a first type of construction element. A second cylindrical connector portion configured to form a snap connection with the cylindrical connector opening of the second type of construction elements.
MAGNETICALLY CONNECTED TOY BLOCK
A magnetically connected toy block comprises a toy block body (10), a magnet fixing sleeve (20), and a magnet. The toy block body (10) is provided with a sleeve pipe (11) with an opening at the upper end, and the magnet fixing sleeve (20) is fixed in the sleeve pipe (11). The upper side and the lower side of the magnet fixing sleeve (20) are respectively provided with a slot (21) and a socket (22), the slot (21) is located on the outer side of the sleeve pipe (11), and the socket (22) is located on the inner side of the sleeve pipe (11). The upper end of the slot (21) is closed, and an opening is formed on the lateral face of the slot (21). The magnet comprises a first magnet (31) and a second magnet (32), the first magnet (31) is disposed in the slot (21), the second magnet (32) is disposed in the socket (22), and the polarity directions of the first magnet (31) and the second magnet (32) are the same. Mounting of a magnet enables a toy block to be firmer, and the toy block can he used more safely.
