Device for connecting a tool to a robot arm
A device for connecting a tool to an arm of a robot, comprising: —a body (2; 32) having an annular wall provided with openings (6; 36), received within which are one or more balls (8; 38), which are mobile within said openings between an inoperative position and an operative position, in said operative position said balls projecting from said wall to engage corresponding portions of said tool and clamping the latter on said arm; and —a piston (4; 34), configured for co-operating with said balls and governed fluid-dynamically between a first position and a second position, wherein, in said second position, —said piston forces said-balls into said operative position, and, in said first position, said piston releases said balls so that they can move into said inoperative position. The device is characterized in that it comprises safety means (15, 55, 65, 75), which, in an active condition thereof, engage said piston (4; 34) in said second position so as to block it in said second position in order to prevent displacement of said balls into said inoperative position.
QUICK-CHANGE SYSTEM, ROTARY INDEXING TABLE HAVING A QUICK-CHANGE SYSTEM OF THIS TYPE, AND USE
A quick-change system includes an exchange tool with a ball receiving opening, a receiving part with a receiving opening for receiving the exchange tool, and a ball catch for temporarily fixing the exchange tool on the receiving part. The ball catch includes a sleeve that is closed on one side and a spring-mounted press-ball arranged in the sleeve for manually engaging and disengaging with the ball-receiving opening. In an example embodiment, the sleeve has an axis of symmetry, the spring-mounted press-ball is movable along the axis of symmetry, and the ball-receiving opening has a central axis extending parallel to the axis of symmetry when the receiving part is engaged with the exchange tool.
LOCKING DEVICE FOR WORKPIECES THAT ARE ADAPTED TO BE MACHINED ON MACHINE TOOLS
A support extending about an axis has an axial cavity, adapted to receive a pin fixed to the workpiece, and has retention elements for retaining the pin axially. The retention elements comprise two claws with curved profiles and opposing concavities, which are inserted so that they can slide in respective mutually opposite slots of the support in order to translate between an open position, in which they do not interfere with the insertion/extraction of the pin, and a closed position, in which they engage a circumferential groove of the pin that has been inserted into the support, in opposing positions. The claws are functionally interconnected in an opening/closing relationship by an actuation screw which is positioned so as not to interfere with the pin and has threaded ends which engage corresponding threaded holes which are provided in the claws.
DEVICE FOR SECURING A BORING BAR
A fixing device for fixing a boring bar on a material-removing machine includes a reducing sleeve with a hollow profile arranged on a front face which faces away from a machine chuck. The boring bar is received in the interior of the hollow profile. An end region of the boring bar projects from the hollow profile and carries a cutting tool. The hollow profile has a wall arranged between a hallow profile interior and a hollow profile outer wall. The wall has a lateral region where the cutting tool projects from the boring bar, a first thickness in the lateral region, and a second thickness outside the lateral region. The first thickness is less than the second thickness. A longitudinal axis of the hollow profile is parallel to and at a distance from the axis of the reducing sleeve which is coaxial with the interior of the boring bar.
Tool holder
A tool holder comprising a base element, a deformable receiver for clamping a tool and at least one locking element configured for preventing an axial extraction of the tool from the tool holder through engaging a corresponding opposite element at the tool, wherein the at least one locking element is integrally configured in one piece with the receiver.

CLAMPING MODULE FOR MACHINE TOOL AND METHOD OF DETERMINING CURVATURE OF GUIDE FACE OF CLAMPING MODULE
A clamping module for a machine tool is proposed. The clamping module includes: a body having a mount hole that a pull stud enters; a plunger configured to clamp or unclamp the pull stud by sliding forward or backward radially from a center of the mount hole; a plunger pin protruding from a side of the plunger and configured to freely rotate; and a clamp plunger having a guide groove configured to move the plunger forward and backward by interfering with the plunger pin while moving up and down inside the body, in which the guide groove has a first guide face for moving forward the plunger to a clamping position and a second guide face for moving backward the plunger to an unclamping position; and the first guide face is an arc-shaped curved shape having a uniform radius of curvature.

Cutting tool and method of assembling cutting tool
A cutting tool comprises a shank having an insertion portion protruding from a shank main body, a head in which an insertion hole into which the insertion portion is inserted is formed, and a spacer disposed in a gap between the shank main body and the head. The insertion portion has a tapered outer circumferential surface which gradually decreases in diameter from the other side toward one side in the axial direction. The insertion hole has a tapered inner circumferential surface coming into surface contact with the tapered outer circumferential surface. A head end surface of the head which faces the other side in the axial direction comes into surface contact with a surface facing one side in the axial direction of the spacer.
Tool extension rod
A tool extension rod includes a main piece, a sliding sleeve, and a magnetic assembly. The sliding sleeve is slidably sleeved onto the main piece. When the sliding sleeve moves between a first position and a second position, the magnetic assembly is movable along an axial direction.
