Tool arrangement
A tool arrangement with a screw-in tool and a tool receiver, the screw-in tool having a thread for engagement in a counter thread on the tool receiver. The counter thread and the thread have different thread contours and therefore, in the screwed condition, these adapt to one another by elastic deformation.
BORING BAR ARRANGEMENT
A boring-bar arrangement includes a boring bar, a securing device, and a clamping bolt. The securing device has a reduction sleeve, which is secured in a tool chuck, which has a front end that faces away from the tool chuck and a protruding hollow section which receives the boring bar. The hollow section has a hollow-section interior, a hollow-section outer wall, and a hollow-section wall which is arranged therebetween. The hollow-section wall has a first thickness in a side region where the cutting tool protrudes from the boring bar which is less than a second thickness in a rest of the hollow-section wall. The boring bar is releasably secured as a replaceable head, via its back end, at a front end of the protruding hollow section. A front end of the clamping bolt has a male thread which sits in the female thread of the boring bar.
Threaded insert for securing a tool in a tool receiving area, and tool receiving area comprising such a threaded insert
The invention relates to a threaded insert for securing a tool provided with a securing thread in a tool receiving area. The threaded insert contains a receiving opening with an inner thread for screwing in the tool at the front end face. According to the invention, the threaded insert has a plug-in region which tapers towards the rear end face and which comprises an outer support surface, and at least one depression for receiving an adhesive is arranged on the outer contact surface. The invention additionally relates to a receiving element for such a threaded insert and to a tool receiving area comprising such a threaded insert and a corresponding receiving element.

Cutting tool and method of assembling cutting tool
A cutting tool comprises a shank having an insertion portion protruding from a shank main body, a head in which an insertion hole into which the insertion portion is inserted is formed, and a spacer disposed in a gap between the shank main body and the head. The insertion portion has a tapered outer circumferential surface which gradually decreases in diameter from the other side toward one side in the axial direction. The insertion hole has a tapered inner circumferential surface coming into surface contact with the tapered outer circumferential surface. A head end surface of the head which faces the other side in the axial direction comes into surface contact with a surface facing one side in the axial direction of the spacer.
A Tool Holding Arrangement, Thread Insert, Rotatable Shaft and Drill Unit
The present disclosure relates to a tool holding arrangement (1, 1′, 1″) comprising a rotatable shaft (2, 2′, 2″) which is at least connectable to a tool driving power source (3) and comprises a first shaft thread (4, 4′). The tool holding arrangement (1, 1′, 1) comprises a thread insert (5, 5′) that comprises a first insert thread (6, 6′), adapted to engage the first shaft thread (4, 4′) so as to form a first thread arrangement (4, 6; 4′, 6′). The thread insert (5, 5′) comprises a second insert thread (7) that is adapted to engage a tool thread (8) of a tool holding device (9) that is arranged to be 2 screwed onto the second insert thread (7) so as to form a second thread arrangement (7, 8), the first thread arrangement (4, 6; 4′, 6′) having a higher pitch than the second thread arrangement (7, 8).
