MAGNETIC FLUID COMPOSITE FOR DISPLAY USE, AND MAGNETIC FLUID COMPOSITE DISPLAY DEVICE
Provided are a magnetic fluid composite for display use which enables visually recognizing a subtle shape caused by a spiking phenomenon and which can exhibit a color other than black, and a magnetic fluid composite display device.
A magnetic fluid composite 1 for display use contains water 10, an oily magnetic fluid 20 and poorly magnetic light shielding pieces 30.
The light shielding pieces 30 have a flake shape and include respectively hydrophilic layers 31, light shielding layers 33 and hydrophilic layers 35 that are laminated in the written order.
The light shielding pieces 30 are arranged along the interface 1i between the water 10 and the oily magnetic fluid 20 so that the interface 1i between the water 10 and the oily magnetic fluid 20 is covered with a number of the light shielding pieces 30.
A magnetic fluid composite display device 2 includes a transparent container 40 including a glass container main body 41 and a resin lid 42, a magnetic fluid composite 1 placed inside the container, and a permanent magnet 50 configured to apply a magnetic force to the magnetic fluid composite 1.
APPARATUS AND METHODS FOR SIMPLE AND SAFE HEATING OF CRAFT OBJECT(S)
Apparatus and methods for safe-heated transformation of one or more two- or three-dimensional craft objects (FIG. 1). A color or symbol coded push-button control panel allows for the execution of a complete cycle of use for a particular craft object with little or no opportunity for operator error. For example, pressing a single button would control the temperature, time of heating, time of cool down, and locking of the access door to the heated object until after the cool down period is complete, thereby providing for effective and safe completion of a correspondingly coded craft object.

MAGNETICALLY CONNECTED TOY BLOCK
A magnetically connected toy block comprises a toy block body (10), a magnet fixing sleeve (20), and a magnet. The toy block body (10) is provided with a sleeve pipe (11) with an opening at the upper end, and the magnet fixing sleeve (20) is fixed in the sleeve pipe (11). The upper side and the lower side of the magnet fixing sleeve (20) are respectively provided with a slot (21) and a socket (22), the slot (21) is located on the outer side of the sleeve pipe (11), and the socket (22) is located on the inner side of the sleeve pipe (11). The upper end of the slot (21) is closed, and an opening is formed on the lateral face of the slot (21). The magnet comprises a first magnet (31) and a second magnet (32), the first magnet (31) is disposed in the slot (21), the second magnet (32) is disposed in the socket (22), and the polarity directions of the first magnet (31) and the second magnet (32) are the same. Mounting of a magnet enables a toy block to be firmer, and the toy block can he used more safely.

Fidget accessory and system for providing the same
A fidget accessory which includes a plurality of stones that geometrically cooperate with a bowl. The bowl includes a bowl base on which the plurality of stones are configured to be arranged in a base orientation. The bowl includes a bowl lip circumferentially surrounding a top edge of the bowl, and a bowl ramp extending between the bowl lip and the bowl base. One or more magnets in the bowl base have a polarity opposite to corresponding magnets in the plurality of stones such that the plurality of stone are magnetically engaged with the bowl.

Macroscopic psuedo magnetic monopoles and fabrication techniques
Pseudo magnetic monopoles made from a plurality of building blocks, each having one outer surface that is substantially a north magnetic pole and an opposing outer surface that is substantially a south magnetic pole. The building blocks are assembled to form a hollow object having an inner surface and an outer surface, with all of the north or south poles of the building blocks facing outwardly, such that entire outer surface of the object is substantially either north or south. The building blocks may be magnetized before or after they are assembled to form the hollow object. The hollow object may be a sphere. The building blocks may have tapered side surfaces to minimize gaps between the building blocks when they are assembled to form the hollow object. A plurality of the objects may be provided in kit form as a teaching tool.
