Method of forming a foldable backdrop and a foldable backdrop
A method of forming a foldable backdrop through a series of folds placed in a single sheet of foldable material selected for the backdrop. When the final step is taken of pushing a first bottom corner of the sheet under a first mountain fold and pushing a second bottom corner of the sheet under a second mountain fold, a base is formed out of a bottom half of the sheet. A tension in the sheet will force the top half of the sheet into a vertical position perpendicular to the base.

Modular rigging system using hexagonal support pieces
A rigging system comprising a plurality of members including: a first hexagonal support piece comprising six side members, a plurality of rod holes, a plurality of side holes, and a plurality of set screw holes, a first rod piece that has a diameter of size configured to fit closely within to the diameter of the rod holes, a first set screw that has a diameter of size configured to fit closely within the diameter of the set screw hole, a first connection bolt that that has a diameter of size configured to fit closely within the diameter of the side hole and the plurality of members having a plurality of configurations providing structural support.
RIBBON TRAINABLE AROUND A TAKE-UP DEVICE AND A SYSTEM DEPLOYING SUCH A RIBBON
A ribbon for an arrangement via which electrical power can be supplied to a load via a suspension member, such as a band or cable, while movement of the load occurs via deliberate winding up of the band or cable onto the drum or sheave or unwinding of the band or cable from the drum or sheave. The ribbon includes an electrical lead portion having one or a plurality of individual electrical leads and a sheath portion. The sheath portion and the electrical lead portion are moveable with respect to each other.
Display system
A display system is provided and includes a base, a collapsible support structure, a spinner connector, and a modular panel. The collapsible support structure connects with the base, and the spinner connector receives the collapsible support structure. The spinner connector independently moves around the collapsible support structure. The modular panel is removably connected to the spinner connector such that the modular panel can also move independent of the collapsible support structure.

Modular props for a grid-based virtual reality attraction
A virtual reality system includes a stage kit, a motion tracking system, and a VR engine. The kit corresponds to plans associated with VR representations, and includes fixed and moveable props that are represented in one or more of the representations. The kit has a stage including a marked platform with accessory mounts to affix the fixed props to the platform, and stage sections that are interconnected according to the markings to form said platform. The platform is configurable according to differently dimensioned plans. The motion tracking system generates tracking information corresponding to the props and a VR participant on the stage. The VR simulation engine receives the tracking information, and employs that tracking information to generate the VR representations that simulate a virtual environment with virtually represented objects corresponding to the props, where the props are arranged according to a corresponding stage plan.

Underfloor storage system
An underfloor storage system is disclosed. The storage system comprises a frame with a storage box and at least one raise/lower mechanisms to raise and lower the storage box. A raise/lower mechanism include at least one winch driven pulley system. The storage box includes a floor. Raising the storage box provides access to underfloor storage. In a preferred embodiment, each winch driven pulley system provides an ideal mechanical advantage of 4 and includes an additional pulley which is configured to pivot relative to the winch and thereby adjust the orientation of the pulley to the winch as the line tracks across the winch during wind up or let out of the line.
RE-CREATING A SOUND PROFILE OF A STORED ACOUSTIC SPACE IN A SECOND ACOUSTIC SPACE UTILIZING AN ARRAY OF SPEAKERS
In embodiments of the present invention improved capabilities are described for a computer-based method for reproducing an acoustic environment including accessing a computer stored multi-dimensional sound profile of a first space, wherein the multi-dimensional sound profile of the first space includes at least one multi-dimensional sound signature, the at least one multi-dimensional sound signature comprising a time-based sound reflection sequence within the first space for at least two sound parameters; and modifying a characteristic of an array of speakers in a second space to change the multi-dimensional sound profile in the second space to resemble at least one characteristic of the computer stored multi-dimensional sound profile of the first space.
