A lighting device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a light source unit; a first communication unit for receiving library data from a mobile terminal; a storage unit for storing the library data; a second communication unit for receiving a control message indicating an execution command of a library corresponding to the library data from a control device; and a processor for controlling the light source unit such that the library is executed according to the control message, wherein the processor can control operation timing of the light source unit by sequentially receiving the control message at least a predetermined number of times at the initiation of the execution of the library.

Disclosed is a remote location directing system. The remote location directing system includes a control console device that generates performance data performed in a performance hall and control data for controlling to-be-controlled devices at a remote location based on performance directing data, a data processing device that provides the performance data to spectators at the remote location and process the control data synchronized with the performance data together with the performance data, and to-be-controlled devices that are controlled to correspond to the performance data based on the control data corresponding to a current playback section of the performance data, wherein the control data is configured by mapping time code information to the control data to be synchronized with the performance data using the time code information, and the to-be-controlled devices are possessed by the spectators at the remote location.

Disclosed is a remote location directing system. The remote location directing system includes a control console device that generates performance data performed in a performance hall and control data for controlling to-be-controlled devices at a remote location based on performance directing data, a data processing device that provides the performance data to spectators at the remote location and process the control data synchronized with the performance data together with the performance data, and to-be-controlled devices that are controlled to correspond to the performance data based on the control data corresponding to a current playback section of the performance data, wherein the control data is configured by mapping time code information to the control data to be synchronized with the performance data using the time code information, and the to-be-controlled devices are possessed by the spectators at the remote location.

Apparatuses, methods, systems, and techniques for providing special effects wirelessly using a device plugged into a standard electrical outlet are provided. Example embodiments provide an apparatus and associated software applications for remote and live control of special effects (hereinafter a “Remote Special Effects System,” or “RSES”) using special effect (SE) devices such as individually addressable LEDs, LED strips, fog and smoke machines, and the like. The example RSES described herein comprises one or more SE controller devices that each plug into a standard electrical outlet and are each connected to one or more SE devices. Each SE controller is wirelessly connected to the Internet (or other wide area network) so that it can respond to DMX (or other protocol) commands sent by a remote application by issuing corresponding commands specific to the connected SE device to cause synchronized special effects to occur to an ad-hoc created zone of SE controllers.

A dry ice machine for creating fog effect is provided. The dry ice machine includes an outer casing having a liquid containing space, a lifting assembly, a dry ice container, and a fog outlet pipe. The lifting assembly including a lifting member and an operating member is moveably disposed on the outer casing. The dry ice container is detachably assembled to the lifting member to be driven up or down by the lifting member. The present invention is a bubble, fog, haze, and fog-filled bubble machine. In particular, the present invention is directed to a single unit machine that can produce bubbles, fog, fog-filled bubbles or haze. The machine preferably comprises a housing having a front portal, a bubble section, a fog section, and a control interface, where the housing is connected to a power source. The bubble section is located behind the front portal and has a bubble wand motor attached to a rotatable wheel with a number of bubble wands. The bubble wands pass through a bubble fluid reservoir. The fog section is located behind the bubble section and comprises a fog outlet in front of a fan, where the fog outlet is connected to a fog heater core and a fog pump is in turn connected to a fog fluid reservoir. An unfolding springing apparatus comprises a base, an apparatus linkage comprising cranks and coupler links connected to the base, a biasing element, a drive motor, a transmission, and a prop mount. The apparatus linkage includes one or a plurality of opposed pairs of cranks, each pair of cranks being connected to each other at their respective ends by a pair of pivotally connected coupler links. The biasing element is operative to bias the apparatus linkage to fold or unfold. The drive motor is operative to unfold or fold the apparatus and to reenergize the biasing element. The transmission includes a linear extension module. When engaged, the transmission transmits displacement of the drive motor to the apparatus linkage to unfold or fold the linkage. When disengaged, the transmission releases the apparatus linkage to be folded or unfolded by the biasing element. The transmission includes a motorized clutch module.

A light filed (LF) display system for displaying holographic performance content (e.g., a live performance) to viewers in a venue. The LF display system in the venue includes LF display modules tiled together to form an array of LF modules. The array of LF modules create a performance volume (e.g., a stage) for displaying the performance content in the venue. The array of LF modules displays the performance content to viewers in viewing volumes. The LF display system can be included in a LF presentation network. The LF presentation network allows holographic performance content to be recorded at one location and displayed (concurrently or non-concurrently) at another location. The LF presentation network includes a network system to manage the digital rights of the holographic performance content.
