SUCTION DEVICE AND HANDHELD POWER SAW MACHINE EQUIPPED THEREWITH
A portable handheld reciprocating saber saw having a suction device, wherein: the handheld saber saw has a housing (17) in which a drive motor (11) is arranged and has a tool holder (14), which can be driven to linearly oscillate along an axis of movement (SO) by the drive motor (11), for a sawing tool (15) having an elongate design and extending along a longitudinal axis for making a saw cut in a workpiece (W). The suction device (30) has at least one guide contour (55) which, when the suction device is mounted on the handheld reciprocating saber saw, protrudes in front of the machine guide surface (23) such that the handheld reciprocating saber saw can be guided on the workpiece by means of the at least one guide contour (55) instead of the machine guide surface.
Power tool
A power tool includes a body, a power assembly, an output member, a clamping device, a battery pack, and a baseplate. The body includes a first body and a second body. The first body includes an upper finger stop portion and a lower finger stop portion that are disposed on a rear sidewall of the first body. The upper finger stop portion is disposed above the second body, and the lower finger stop portion is disposed below the second body. An outer diameter of the second body is greater than or equal to 35 mm and less than or equal to 65 mm. A distance between the upper finger stop portion and the lower finger stop portion along the front and rear direction is L, and 15 mmL30 mm.
MODIFIED BOW SAW
A modified bow saw includes a frame including two ends, a spring holder attached to each end of the frame; the spring holders each including a spring mechanism, a saw blade including two ends, each end of the blade attached to the spring mechanisms, an adjustable depth bar guide attached to the frame, and an adapter configured to attach a spring to a circulating saw. The modified bow saw may include one or more ergonomic handles. The modified bow saw may include one or more braces connecting the frame with the spring holder.
RECIPROCATING SAW
A reciprocating saw includes a housing, a motor, and a drive mechanism. The motor includes an output gear rotatable about a motor axis. The drive mechanism includes a driven gear that engages the output gear and is rotated by the motor. The driven gear has a circumference and is vertically-oriented within the housing. The drive mechanism also includes an output shaft driven by the motor to reciprocate relative to the housing. The drive mechanism further includes a counterweight fixed relative to the driven gear and rotating with the driven gear. The counterweight includes a mass portion having a leading edge, a trailing edge, and a curved outer perimeter extending more than 90 degrees and less than 180 degrees between the leading and trailing edges.
RECIPROCATING SAW
A reciprocating saw includes a motor, a lower gear case subassembly, and an upper gear case subassembly. The lower gear case subassembly includes a first driveshaft portion and a counterweight configured to be driven by the motor to reciprocate via the first driveshaft portion. The upper gear case subassembly includes a second driveshaft portion and a spindle configured to be driven by the motor to reciprocate via the second driveshaft portion. The first driveshaft portion is coupled to the second driveshaft portion by joining the upper and lower gear case subassemblies.
SAW BLADE
A saw blade includes a cutting portion having consecutive first, second, and third cutting teeth. Each cutting tooth includes a rake surface, a relief surface, and a tip. The first cutting tooth includes a protrusion extending from the relief surface of the first cutting tooth. The cutting portion includes a first gullet positioned between the first cutting tooth and the second cutting tooth and a second gullet sized differently than the first gullet positioned between the second cutting tooth and the third cutting tooth. The cutting portion includes a first pitch extending over the first gullet from the tip of the first cutting tooth to the tip of the second cutting tooth. The cutting portion includes a second pitch different than the first pitch extending over the second gullet from the tip of the second cutting tooth to the tip of the third cutting tooth.
Reciprocating tool
A power tool includes: a housing having a handle configured to be grasped by a user; a motor supported by the housing and defining a motor axis; a driving gear rotated by the motor about the motor axis; a driven gear defining a rotation axis that is parallel to the motor axis, the driven gear engaging the driving gear to be rotated by the driving gear about the rotation axis; a crankshaft coupled to and rotatable with the driven gear; a counterweight having a first yoke coupled to the driven gear to translate rotation of the driven gear into reciprocating motion of the counterweight; and a spindle having a second yoke coupled to the crankshaft to translate rotation of the driven gear into reciprocating motion of the spindle, wherein the counterweight and the spindle reciprocate opposite one another.
Working machine
Provided is a working machine in which a counterweight is appropriately supported, thereby avoiding deterioration of workability. The working machine includes: a motor; a plunger reciprocated in a front-back direction by a drive of the motor; a crankshaft rotated around an axis extending in an up-down direction by the drive of the motor; a counterweight driven in a front-back direction by rotation of the crankshaft so as to cancel out vibration due to the reciprocation of the plunger; a transmission mechanism (gear, crankshaft, and connector) converting a rotation driving force of the motor into a driving force for the plunger and counterweight and transmitting the driving force to the plunger and counterweight; and a gear case (transmission mechanism accommodation portion and lid portion) accommodating the transmission mechanism and elastically supporting the counterweight in the right-left direction.
