CUTTING MACHINE
An illuminator that emits light from a radially outer portion of the cutting tool toward the cutting tool includes a first light source and a second light source, and a first lens and a second lens. The first lens has a first emission surface including a first outermost portion located farthest and at a first distance from a first center axis including a first light source center of the first light source and perpendicular to the first light source. The second lens has a second emission surface including a second outermost portion located farthest and at a second distance from a second center axis including a second light source center of the second light source and perpendicular to the second light source. A distance between the first center axis and the second center axis is shorter than a sum of the first distance and the second distance.
Miter saw
A miter saw includes a base assembly and a saw unit pivotably coupled to the base assembly. The saw unit includes a saw blade and an upper blade guard covering an upper portion of the saw blade. The miter saw also includes a cut line indicator coupled to the upper blade guard. The cut line indicator includes a light source, a cover positioned between the saw blade and the light source, a housing in which the light source is positioned, a rib coupled to one of the cover or the housing, and a first slot defined in the other of the cover or the housing. The cover includes a second slot through which light from the light source passes to illuminate opposite sides of the saw blade and a work piece supported upon the base assembly, thereby casting a shadow of the saw blade onto the work piece. The rib is receivable within the first slot to align the second slot with the saw blade.
Table saw and miter saw combination apparatus
A table saw and miter saw combination apparatus for combining the functionalities of table saws and miter saws includes a table housing having a table blade slot extending through to a table inside. A table saw is coupled to the table housing within the table inside and has a table blade extending through the table blade slot. The table saw has a power switch coupled to the table front side. A miter housing is coupled to the table housing. The miter top side has a base cutout. A miter base is coupled to the miter housing being pivotably coupled within the base cutout. The miter base has a miter blade slot extending therethrough. A miter saw is coupled to the miter housing. The miter saw has a miter arm. The miter saw has a miter handle coupled the miter arm. The miter handle has a power trigger.
Circular saw that uses a prism to reflect the cut images
A circular saw includes a housing, a sawing assembly including a motor and a saw blade located at two opposite sides of the housing and connected together so that the saw blasé can be driven by the motor to saw the workpiece and a saw blade shield secured to the housing and covering a part of the saw blade to prevent the saw blade from cutting the surrounding people, and a prism assembly including a protective cover affixed to the front end of the saw blade shield and a prism located in the protective cover to reflect the image of the saw blade sawing the workpiece through a window of the protective cover to the line of sight of the operator. In this way, the operator can clearly confirm whether the sawing path is skewed with the normal operating posture to improve the efficiency.
A GUIDE FOR A CUTTING TOOL
A guide for a cutting tool. The guide comprises a plate and an attachment means for attaching the plate to the cutting tool.
The guide is removably attached to a circular cutter and comprises: a reflector plate for reflecting a laser and an attachment means for attaching the reflector plate to the circular cutter. On the reflector plate there is formed at least one linear marking which when aligned with a projected line from the laser enables the cutter to be positioned so as to locate its blade in a plane defined by the laser.
An adjustable connector attaches the guide to the circular cutter.
Devices for Attachment to Rotary Tools
A system and devices disclosed include a tool holder apparatus device that has one or more magnets that are configured to magnetically attach to a surface of the rotating portion of a rotary tool so that when the rotating portion of the rotary tool rotates, the apparatus also rotates. The tool holder apparatus may incorporate a variety of tools such as a laser alignment system, a work surface illumination system, and sanding, grinding and polishing surfaces.

Miter saw
A miter saw includes a base assembly and a saw unit pivotably coupled to the base assembly. The saw unit includes a saw arm, a brushless motor supported by the saw arm, and power electronics positioned outside the motor for supplying power to the motor. The power electronics are coupled to a structural component of the miter saw to utilize the entire mass of the structural component as a heat sink to dissipate heat generated by the power electronics.
HAND-HELD POWER TOOL HAVING A BEARING ARRANGEMENT
A hand-held power tool for machining a workpiece, having a drive motor, a tool holder, which can be driven by the drive motor, and which is for a working tool for machining the workpiece, and a guide element having a guide surface for guiding the hand-held power tool on the workpiece in a working direction, wherein the tool holder is mounted via a bearing arrangement such that it moves relative to the guide element and said tool holder can be driven by a servo motor arrangement, wherein the hand-held power tool can be swivelled via the bearing arrangement about at least one adjusting swivel axis passing through the guide surface at an angle, for the relative adjustment of the tool holder relative to the guide element, wherein the hand-held power tool has a control device for controlling the servo motor arrangement. The control device is configured for controlling the servo motor arrangement in such a way that the servo motor arrangement adjusts the tool holder relative to guide element, while maintaining a swivel position relative to the adjusting swivel axis with a movement direction component in parallel to the guide surface of the guide element relative to guide element.
Cutting length display device
A cutting length display device for a hand-held machine tool includes at least one display unit and a cable system unit. The at least one display unit includes at least one movably mounted display element for displaying at least one position of a cutting edge of a machining tool on a workpiece configured to be machined depending on a set cutting depth of the machining tool. The cable system unit is configured to change a position of the at least one display element depending on the set cutting depth of the machining tool.
