CIRCULAR SAW BLADE ASSEMBLIES
What is disclosed is a blade core for attachment with an endless chain assembly. The blade core is a generally circular disc having two opposing faces and a width between the faces. The blade core has a circumferential groove extending inward from the circumference of the blade core such that the drive links, or the tang of the drive links, extends from the chain located on the circumference of the circular disc inward in said groove. Ideally the width of the groove is proximate to the width of the drive link such that friction between the sides of the groove and the drive link prevent the chain from rotating along the circumference of the circular disc when the blade core and endless chain assembly are rotating to cut a material. Ideally the base of tie-strap-tie strap and tie strap-cutter assembly is the same as width of the rail to restrict lateral movement.
Self-rotating wood cutting tooth
A self-rotating saw tooth and associated mount assembly for use in wood cutting, for example with the saw disc on a feller buncher. Each saw tooth configured to rotate about its own axis of rotation responsive to contact with wood during cutting. A saw disc specially configured for use with the self-rotating saw teeth.

Rotationally asymmetric double-ended grooving cutting insert, insert holder and cutting tool
A double-ended parting cutting insert. The cutting insert includes two cutting portions at opposite ends thereof which are oriented at 90 to each other. The cutting insert includes a pair of rake and support engagement grooves, the rake and support engagement grooves of each one of the pair converging in a direction away from a respective cutting portion. An insert holder includes a clamping portion having a resilient upper clamping jaw having an upper engagement ridge and a lower base jaw having a lower engagement ridge. A gap therebetween forms an insert receiving slot that has a slot opening. The upper and lower engagement ridges converge in a direction away from the slot opening. When the cutting insert is releasably attached to the insert holder, to constitute a fastened position of a cutting tool, the cutting insert is located in the insert receiving slot and resiliently clamped therein.

Serrated Cutting Tool for a Rotary Disc or Drum
The present disclosure relates to cutting tools for mounting onto a rotary drum or disc of a forestry equipment for cutting ligneous material, the cutting tool comprising: a coupling side for mounting onto the rotary drum or disc; a cutting side opposite the coupling side, the cutting side comprising a concave surface forming a pocket and at least two cutting edges; and at least two lateral sides extending from the coupling end to the cutting end. Each of the cutting edges comprises a plurality of serrations defining valleys or depressions in the concave surface of the cutting side, the valleys extending at different angles relative to a corresponding one of the cutting edges.
