A digging implement including: a digging head (16); a substantially elongated main shaft (12) extending from the digging head (16); a main handle (14) secured to the main shaft (12) substantially opposed to the digging head (16); and an auxiliary handle assembly (140) and a footplate assembly (160) both mounted to the main shaft (12) between the digging head (16) and the main handle (14), the auxiliary handle assembly (140) and foot plate assembly (160) being each mountable to the main shaft (12) at different longitudinally spaced apart positions therealong.

A sprinkler shovel apparatus has a body having a shovel at a first end and a handle at a second end, the body further having a receptacle for receiving and storing a riser extractor, the riser extractor being coupled to the body and extendable from therein.

The present disclosure relates to a snow removal device capable of easily throwing snow gathered by a shovel to a predetermined place to easily clear away gathered snow, in other words, the snow removal device of the present disclosure is characterized in that a shovel-pushing means is provided between a shovel and a moving means, a scissor linkage mechanism consisting of a X-link formed by cross-linking links in a X-letter and connected to the shovel via one end thereof and a moving means via the other end is employed as the shovel-pushing means and a push-operation bar having a lower end connected to the moving means is provided at a moving means connection part side of the scissor linkage mechanism to enable the scissor linkage mechanism to be operatively unfolded and the shovel to be operatively pushed. Accordingly, the present disclosure is advantageous in that by providing the shovel-pushing means capable of operatively pushing the shovel from the moving means and throwing gathered snow, it is possible to easily throw gathered snow to a designated place.

A gardening device for soil cultivation and a sowing or planting method are provided. The gardening device includes a handle section, a ground contact section, a power supply, detecting devices for detecting variables corresponding to soil properties, a computing unit for calculating the soil properties from the number of variables corresponding to the soil properties, and an output device for outputting the soil properties. The ground contact section carries electrodes, via which the number of the variables corresponding to the soil properties are detected, and one of the number of detection devices is a nutrient detection device for detecting a number of variables corresponding to the nutrient content in the soil, the computing unit is designed for calculating the nutrient content in the soil from the number of variables corresponding to the nutrient content in the soil and the output device for outputting the nutrient content in the soil.

Disclosed is a hand held implement for performing a multitude of tasks in a manner which could not previously be performed by a singular hand held implement. Some exemplary embodiments of the present invention comprise a handle, shovel, blade, hammer and prying member configured in an ideal manner. This ideal configuration provides a hand held implement in which the safety, functionality and efficiency of use is greater than was previously provided by the state of the art. A proximal end of the present invention preferably comprises a prying member. A distal end of the present invention preferably comprises a shovel. A forward portion of the present invention preferably comprises a blade disposed along said shovel and extending towards said proximal end. A rearward portion of the present invention preferably comprises a hammer disposed along said shovel.

The snow shovel comprises a shovel with a de-icing system and a light. The shovel may comprise a plurality of wheels at the bottom rear side of the blade. The light is battery operated and illuminates the work area in front of the shovel. The de-icing system comprises a fluid system, a heat system, or both. The fluid system dispenses a de-icing fluid from a tank onto the blade when activated by a control on the grip of the handle. The heat system directs a flame fueled by propane gas towards the blade when activated by controls on the grip of the handle.

The water shovel is a device which allows the user to soften hard soil before or upon breaking the surface of the soil and reduces the problem of airborne dust created by excavating. The water shovel comprises a handle which houses a containment chamber, and a liquid discharge mechanism disposed on the handle to regulate flow of liquid from the containment chamber to a discharge conduit. The liquid from the containment chamber is expelled through the discharge conduit disposed on a digging implement which contacts the soil when the shovel is used for digging. The first end of the handle is threaded, whereby it can be covered with a cap or connected to an external water supply source such as a hose which continuously fills the containment chamber. The water shovel may also be used for other applications such as snow and ice removal by substituting a de-icing solution in place of water.

A multi-purpose tool or apparatus includes multiple mechanical tools. In one implementation, the multi-purpose tool includes an elongated handle, a folding axe, and a folding shovel or spade, as well as a hammer or hammer-head. The folding axe is foldable between an open position and a closed position. The folding shovel is foldable among three positions, which are a closed shovel position, a 90-degree open shovel position, and a 180-degree extended shovel position. The elongated handle is hollow and includes an elongated cavity. A folding saw, as well as a knife and a sheath to protect the knife, are stored within the elongated cavity and can be removed therefrom.

An interchangeable garden tool device is provided. The device is comprised of a handle, a shaft, various interchangeable attachment heads, and a mountable storage board. The handle and the attachment heads may removably attach to the shaft of the device. Additionally, the attachment head may have a plurality of tool shapes for any given yard or garden work need. The handle, shaft, and various attachment heads are stored on the mountable storage board to prevent clutter.

A gardening tool having an elongate handle with opposing first and second ends; a first tool implement reversibly attachable to the first end; and a second tool implement reversibly attachable to the second end. The first and second tool implements may be axially rotatable relative to one another. A gardening tool kit comprising the gardening tool described with at least three interchangeable tool implements. The toot implements for the tool and the kit may be one or more rakes, hoes, shovels, edgers, forks, and claws.
