The invention relates to an electric soldering apparatus, in particular a soldering iron, comprising a handle portion, a heating element fastened to the handle portion, a hollow soldering tip into which the heating element engages and fastening means for releasably fastening the soldering tip to the handle portion, wherein the fastening means comprise a permanent magnet that surrounds the heating element, and a ferromagnetic holding part that interacts with the permanent magnet and surrounds the heating element, such that the holding part is non-rotatably arranged on the permanent magnet. The invention also relates to a soldering system comprising a soldering apparatus according to any of the preceding claims, and a removal device for removing the soldering tip from the handle portion.

The database contains the images of plural objects and plural soldering tip data corresponding to the plural objects. The image capturing module captures an image of a target object to be soldered. The microcontroller compares the image of the target object with the images in the database, and shows the soldering tip data corresponding to the image of the target object on the display. According to the message shown on the display, the user selects the suitable soldering tip. The soldering device is selectively operated in an automatic replacing mode or a manual replacing mode. In the automatic replacing mode, the soldering tips can be automatically replaced. Consequently, the soldering device can accurately and quickly select the suitable soldering tip.

The spot welder includes a control board; a battery connected to the control board; an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) detection module connected to the control board; a power metal oxide semiconductor (MOS) module connected to the battery; an optical-coupler isolation driving module connected to the power MOS module and the control board; a battery protection module connected to the battery and the control board; a power supply module connected to the battery protection module and the control board; and a soldering iron module connected to the battery protection module and provided with spot welding pen interfaces. The spot welder can be connected to an external spot welding pen for use or used as an emergency power bank. A safety coefficient is improved, risks of overheating, overcurrent and a short circuit of a portable spot welder body are reduced, and a size is reduced.
