[Means to Resolve]

In the method of manufacturing the friction material including the scorching step of scorching the surface of the friction material with the laser, the friction material contains 5 to 25% by weight of one or more types of black materials relative to the total amount of the friction material composition, and the L* of the CIE Lab of the surface of the friction material before scorching is 20 to 60.

ADHESIVE BONDED COMPOSITE-TO-METAL HYBRID VANES AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURE

The present disclosure provides methods and systems for composite-to-metal hybrid bonded structures compromising the laser surface treatment on titanium alloys to promote adhesive bond performance. For example, a computer may be programmed to set a laser path corresponding to a predetermined geometric pattern. A laser may be coupled to the computer and apply a pulsed laser beam to a contact surface of the titanium alloy along the predefined geometric pattern. The laser may generate an open pore oxide layer on the contact surface of the substrate with a thickness of 100 and 500 nm. The open pore oxide layer may have a topography corresponding to the predefined geometric pattern. The topography may contain high degree of open pore structure and promote adhesive bond performance. Adhesive, primer or composite resin matrix may fully infiltrate into the open pore structures. Adhesive and composite laminate may co-cure to form composite-to-titanium hybrid bonded structures.

A method for the anti-icing treatment of a surface of an aircraft part made of an organic matrix composites includes a texturing step in which the surface is irradiated with femtosecond laser pulses so as to render the surface superhydrophobic.

GLASS PRODUCT, METHOD FOR PREPARING GLASS PRODUCT, AND GLASS PRODUCT PREPARATION APPARATUS
20210155539 · 2021-05-27 ·

A glass product includes a glass substrate and first protrusion. The first protrusion is provided on the glass substrate and is with a first atom-aggregation state. The glass substrate is with a second atom-aggregation state. The first atom-aggregation state is different from the second atom-aggregation state. The present application also proposes a method for preparing the glass product and an apparatus for preparing the glass product. The glass product is irradiated with a ultra-short pulse laser on the surface of the glass substrate, so that bonds between atoms on the surface of the glass substrate are broken, thereby changing the arrangement of the atoms, and light is diffusely reflected when irradiating the surface of the glass product.
