Vehicle animal motion restraint
An animal restraining or tethering device for permitting movement of an animal along paths having their extent defined by a telescoping elevated rod adapted to be mounted between opposing passenger grab handles in a vehicle or between opposing mounting locations in a truck bed, is described. One end of a component rod member and one end of a tube member are fitted with adjustable end connectors for reversible attachment of the rod assembled therefrom to the passenger grab handles or the truck bed attachment locations. At least one sliding member adapted to slidably move along the rod is attached to a leash or chain which is in turn connected to an animal collar or harness. The sliding member can also be fixed at a chosen location along the rod, if desired. Various rings and loops may be fastened to the rod at chosen locations for holding items placed in the vehicle, and for preventing these items from being thrown about as a result of vehicle movement.
RETAINER APPARATUS
The present invention provides methods and systems for a retainer apparatus that includes a scoop having an exterior surface and an interior surface with a central opening and a predetermined length. A retention device has a base with a length greater than the length of the central opening of the scoop and a flange portion extends upwardly from the base portion and contains at least one opening.

Anchoring stake
A stake to be inserted into the ground or other soft medium and used to moor a watercraft, tether an animal, support an umbrella or secure a tent includes a slide hammer having a central shaft, an enlarged tubular striking handle, and a spike hingedly mounted at a distal end of the shaft; whereby the spike can be folded against the shaft and stowed within the handle for safe handling. The spike can be spring-loadedly angularly locked in the deployed orientation.

Kitty door knocker
A door knocker for use by a cat for requesting entry into a house. This knocker comprises a mounting block attached to a door surface; a longitudinal spring having a first end mounted to the mounting block and a second end extending vertically downward from the first end. A hardwood ball is mounted to the second end. The ball is held at a knocking distance from the door surface. A string with loose frayed ends is attached to the second end of the spring near the ball. A cat coming near the door knocker is attracted to the string with frayed ends and instinctively starts to play with the string to operate the door knocker into a series of repetitive door knocks. The door knocker according to the present invention does not require any significant physical or mental effort from a cat.
