20190283193 · 2019-09-19 · ·

The invention relates to a transport device comprising a rotary object carrier which comprises object carrier elements arranged so as to be distributed around the circumference, on which carrier elements objects are arranged which are transported on a circular movement path from work station to work station of a production facility. Furthermore, the invention relates to a production facility for making products, in particular containers filled with a medical product, comprising a transport device of this kind, as well as to a method for transporting objects from work station to work station of a production facility. The transport device according to the invention is characterised in that one or more actuator units 18.1, 18.2; 12.1, 12.2 are assigned to one object carrier element 6 or to a plurality of object carrier elements 6, which units can move together with the object carrier element 6 or the object carrier elements 6. Since the actuator units 18.1, 18.2; 12.1, 12.2 rotate together with the object carrier elements, process steps can be performed on the objects that are assigned to the object carrier elements directly on the object carrier elements. A stationary arrangement of actuators that engage with the objects from the outside is therefore not required. This makes the entire production process more flexible. The actuator units are preferably provided with media by a central supply device by means of a rotary feedthrough.

High-pressure cutting fluid apparatus of turret head of machine tool
10150193 · 2018-12-11 · ·

A high-pressure cutting fluid guide apparatus of a turret head of a machine tool is provided. When a high-pressure cutting fluid is input to a cutting liquid passage, the high-pressure cutting fluid flows along a through hole of a water guide cylinder, and passes through a main perforation of a partition, and then flows to a water outlet of a sealing ring to be guided into a water inlet of a cutting disc. A secondary perforation of the partition guides the high-pressure cutting fluid in the through hole to a press surface portion of the sealing ring. The sealing ring is located in an annular trough, and the press surface portion is pushed by the high-pressure cutting fluid pressure to generate the energy of the axial displacement.
