Fixture for machining parts and method of using same
A machining fixture configured to secure a blank part having part inner and outer circumferential surfaces, a part first axial face opposing a part second axial face, and at least two threaded part openings extending inwardly from the part second axial face and toward the first axial face. The machining fixture includes an annular body sized to be disposable upon a pallet of a machine table and has an upper surface including a substantially flat annular surface section, opposing lower surface and at least two through-holes extending between the upper and lower surfaces. At least two fasteners are disposed at least partially within a separate one of the at least two through-holes such that the at least two fasteners project upwardly from the upper surface, and the at least two fasteners are configured to threadedly engage a separate one of the at least two part openings to removably clamp the part second face against the body flat surface section.
WORK SUPPORT
An ascent-detecting air supply port (33), a descent-detecting air supply port (43), and an air discharge port (44) are provided to a housing (2). The ascent-detecting air supply port (33) is communicatively connected to an air outlet (38) by an ascent-detecting air passage (39). The descent-detecting air supply port (43) is communicatively connected to the air discharge port (44) by a descent-detecting air passage (45). The descent-detecting air passage (45) is closed by a valve mechanism (49) including: a valve surface (50) provided on a piston portion (15); and a valve seat (51) provided on an inner surface of the housing (2), when an advance piston (14) is retracted to a lowered position.

Saw slide device
A saw slide device allows a user to easily and accurately move a saw for proper alignment with a cutting material or workpiece. The saw slide device generally includes a sliding plate configured to support an associated saw, an adjustment or alignment mechanism configured to move the sliding plate, and a base frame which supports the sliding plate and adjustment mechanism.
LINEAR POSITIONER
Systems, methods, and apparatus for positioning and/or processing items, such as workpieces. The systems, methods, and apparatus may include or use a linear positioner forming a track. In some embodiments, the linear positioner may include a carriage configured to be driven along the track to a desired position, in response to a signal(s), such as a radiofrequency signal(s), received from a computer, which may be a general-purpose, handheld computer, such as a phone or tablet. In some embodiments, the linear positioner may comprise a shuttle including a motor and a carriage, and may be configured to drive itself as a unit along the track. In some embodiments, the track may include a rack having a linear array of teeth formed by two or more frame sections, such as table sections, coupled end to end, with each support section providing a segment of the rack.

Machine tool and machine tool system
A machine tool includes a base, a table, a main spindle, and a trunnion unit. The table is installed on the base. A tool is mounted to the main spindle. The main spindle is caused to approach a workpiece on the table along an up-down direction. The trunnion unit is configured to rotatably hold the table on which the workpiece is placed using a rotation axis along a front-rear direction as a center. The trunnion unit is disposed movable in a right-left direction.
