AIR REST BUTTON
An air rest button system comprising a body element and a plunger element configured to accept a rest button. The plunger element generally is configured to be inserted into a base in the top of the body element. The plunger element in turn has a bore or hole therein configured to receiving an air rest button, which may be substituted for other air rest buttons, facilitating the modularity of the present system.

Rotary table device
A rotary table device for a machine tool includes a main shaft that is rotatably supported in an insertion hole formed in a frame; a table that is secured to an end side of the main shaft, and on which a workpiece, serving as an object to be processed, is mounted; a clamp piston that is provided so as to be movable in an axial direction of the main shaft in the insertion hole; and a bearing that is provided between the table and the frame, and that directly supports the table with respect to the frame. The main shaft has a clamp surface facing the table. A pressure chamber is defined by the frame and the clamp piston. When an operating fluid is supplied to the pressure chamber, the clamp piston is caused to press-contact the clamp surface, so that the table is brought into a clamped state.

Device for supporting and/or driving machines, instruments and/or structures in general, particularly for supporting and/or driving a telescope
A device for supporting and/or guiding a first structure that includes machines, instruments and/or structures in general, particularly for supporting and/or guiding a telescope, relative to a second structure, includes a sliding system with a slide block adapted to slide relative to the second or the first structure; for a fluid, a chamber that is separate from and independent of the sliding system and that includes a first portion fixed to the sliding system and a second portion adapted to be associated with the first or the second structure; a fluid circuit that is also separate from and independent of the sliding system and that communicates with the chamber to control the passage of the fluid into and from the chamber; and an elastic member housed in the chamber to absorb the oscillations between the first and the second portion.
Composite static rotary table and method for protecting composite static rotary table
The present invention provides a composite static rotary table and a method for protecting a composite static rotary table. The composite static rotary table comprises: a housing body provided with a mounting space; a rotary table body driven by a connecting mandrel to rotate; a base, the connecting mandrel being arranged through the base; an air stopping film arranged between the rotary table body and the base; and an auxiliary supporting assembly fixedly arranged in the mounting space and configured for assisting the rotary table body to be levitated relative to the base. The present invention is intended to solve the problem of ensuring the stable non-contact rotation of the rotary body of the rotary table relative to the base, while improving the bearing capacity of the rotary table.

Workpiece auto-centering apparatus and auto-centering method
An air bearing slide (20) arranged on a rotational table (11) includes a movable table (40) that has a workpiece placement surface (42a) and that floats due to pressure of compression air to be movable horizontally in any direction. A workpiece auto-centering apparatus includes: a plurality of stopper apparatuses (30) that include an abutment portion (31a) against which a workpiece W can abut to center the workpiece W, and a pressing apparatus that presses the workpiece (W) such that the workpiece (W) abuts against the abutment portion (31a) of the stopper apparatuses (30). Thus, the workpiece auto-centering apparatus and auto-centering method have a simple configuration and can perform a workpiece centering operation in short cycle time.
