Machine for workpiece processing
A workpiece processing machine includes a separation device for dividing an operating space into a processing region and at least one additional operating region, a laser processing head configured to process the workpiece, and a rotary workpiece changer having a rotatable workpiece support for transporting the workpiece between the processing region and the at least one additional operating region by an opening. The rotatable workpiece support has a protection wall configured to shield the at least one additional operating region with respect to the processing region. The separation device has a protection element movable between a processing position and a transport position and configured to be in abutment with the protection wall in the processing position to close the opening and spaced apart from the protection wall in the transport position. A spacing between the processing position and the transport position is adjustable based on a dimension of the workpiece.
Machine tool
The machine tool includes a workpiece carrier assembly arranged for horizontal movement in parallel to a horizontal axis and a tool carrier configured for carrying at least one tool for machining at least one workpiece by rotating the tool. The workpiece carrier assembly or the tool carrier is displaceable between an operative position in which a workpiece carrier is facing the tool carrier, and at least one inoperative position. The workpiece carrier is arranged to be rotatable to allow for a modification of the angular position of the workpiece in relation to the tool carrier.

A workpiece table includes a frame and at least one workpiece-clamping fixture having a plurality of individually height-adjustable pneumatic workpiece-clamping elements. The workpiece table has at least one second workpiece-clamping fixture having a plurality of pneumatic workpiece-clamping elements. All the workpiece-clamping fixtures can be moved relative to the frame. The workpiece table increases the throughput time of a batch of workpieces at a processing station.

A remote jig control system may comprise a jig configured to place a car body to a particular position, a wireless magnetic sensor installed in the jig, a control panel wirelessly connected with the wireless magnetic sensor via first wireless communication to receive state information about the jig from the wireless magnetic sensor, a gateway connected with the control panel via the first wireless communication to receive the state information, a user terminal connected with the gateway via second wireless communication to receive the state information; and monitoring server configured to receive the state information from the gateway and store the state information, wherein the control panel is configured to be controlled through the user terminal to generate a jig control signal corresponding to the state information.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR REMOTELY CONTROLLING JIG USING WIRELESS MAGNETIC SENSOR
A remote jig control system may comprise a jig configured to place a car body to a particular position, a wireless magnetic sensor installed in the jig, a control panel wirelessly connected with the wireless magnetic sensor via first wireless communication to receive state information about the jig from the wireless magnetic sensor, a gateway connected with the control panel via the first wireless communication to receive the state information, a user terminal connected with the gateway via second wireless communication to receive the state information; and monitoring server configured to receive the state information from the gateway and store the state information, wherein the control panel is configured to be controlled through the user terminal to generate a jig control signal corresponding to the state information.
Rotary Positioner with Outriggers.
Present invention relates to a rotary positioner that allows a welding table's work surface to be set at an angle as desired by a user. Two vertical frames can move and slide along the length of a chassis-bar to adjust the distance between the two vertical frames. As long as the length of a welding table does not exceed the total greatest distance between the two vertical frames, the present invention can fit any work table or welding table. Caster wheels and height adjustment knobs allow for easy movement and balancing of the rotary positioner.

Present invention relates to a rotary positioner that allows a welding table's work surface to be set at an angle as desired by a user. In the machine tool 2, two or more machine tables 5 are movably provided on the linear way 4 of the machine base 2, the pinion gear 14 is engaged with the rack 13 of the machine base 3, and the feeding movement of each table 5, the pinion gear 14 is driven by a feed motor 15 mounted on each table 5, and the feed motor 15 is controlled by the table control unit 21 so that the table 5 is fed and moved. In the table independent mode, the movement of the table 5 is independently controlled, and in the table linkage mode, the feeding movements of two or more tables 5 are controlled in the same direction at the same speed and in the synchronous state as the same movement amount.
Integrated workpiece positioning system with integral fume extraction system
A workpiece positioning system integrated with a fume extraction device, the system including a movable work surface assembly including at least one work surface; at least one divider extending upward from the at least one work surface dividing the at least one work surface into a plurality of work zones in which a welding operation is performed, the divider including a collection assembly comprising a first ventilation port on a first side of the divider opening toward a first work zone of the plurality of work zones and a second ventilation port on a second side of the divider opening toward a second work zone of the plurality of work zones formed by the divider; wherein at least one of the first and second ventilation ports are selectively placed in fluid communication with the fume extraction device to draw fume from at least one of the plurality of work zones.
