ADJUSTABLE FLUID MACHINING FIXTURE
An adjustable fluid machining fixture according to the present disclosure includes a base, having a clamping fixing seat which is used to clamp a workpiece to be machined; at least two guide blocks, disposed above the base and enveloping the workpiece to be machined once assembled to each other, each of the guide blocks provided with a fluid groove on one surface facing the workpiece to be machined, the respective fluid grooves of the guide blocks forming a fluid machining space once the guide blocks are assembled to each other; and at least two limiting units, disposed above the base, the limiting units used to fix the guide blocks and adjust fixed positions of the guide blocks on the base.
FIXTURE FOR HOLDING A PART DURING A MACHINING OPERATION
A fixture for holding a part comprises a frame supporting a guide plate. A controlled engagement device passes through the guide plate and is arranged to be advanced incrementally towards a first end of a fulcrum beam. A second end of the fulcrum beam is connected to a linkage arm, the linkage arm passing through a gap in the guide plate. An end of the linkage arm distal to the fulcrum beam has a swivel clamp mounted thereto. A support is arranged to face the swivel clamp and defines a space there between, the space being configured to receive a part to be clamped in the fixture.
WORKPIECE HOLDING APPARATUS
A workpiece holding apparatus includes: a main body; at least one shaft member capable of coming into contact with a workpiece; a clamping device into which the shaft member is inserted, the clamping device being attached to the main body and capable of switching between an unclamping state that releases the shaft member and a clamping state that clamps the shaft member; and a trigger member configured to switch the clamping device between the unclamping state and the clamping state. The trigger member comes into direct contact with the workpiece, or comes into indirect contact with the workpiece via at least a part of the shaft member, thus moving relative to the main body, and the clamping device switches from the unclamping state to the clamping state.
Mount for firearm assembly and adjustment
A mount for firearm assembly and adjustment includes a firearm engagement portion having a hollow body with at least one recess for receiving a firearm buffer tube therein, and a support member configured to be secured to a support.
Rotor V-block fixture and method
A mechanism retains an asymmetric work piece in a fixed orientation during a machining process on diversely positioned surfaces falling on multiple work piece axes. The mechanism includes a body having an upper surface forming an elongated V-shaped groove, a planar lower surface spaced from the upper surface, and a through passage extending between the upper and lower surfaces. A fastener includes an elongated shaft which extends within said passage, and has an upper end emerging within the V-shaped groove for engaging the work piece, and a lower end extending below and configured to abut the lower surface to maintain the shaft under tensile loading. A plurality of discrete mechanisms can be commonly mounted on a machining table in a spaced-apart relationship with the V-shaped grooves in axial alignment to support a single super elongated work piece. The fastener can be axially advanced or retarded to vary tensile loading.
WORKPIECE HOLDING FIXTURE FOR MACHINING MULTIPLE PRISMATIC PARTS
A workpiece holding fixture is provided herein. The workpiece holding fixture includes a baseplate including an engagement surface. A first static riser including a position control member is configured to removably couple a workpiece to the first static riser. A second static riser includes a rotation control member and is configured to removably couple the workpiece to the second static riser. A dynamic riser is configured to abut the workpiece, the dynamic riser being movable by a spindle.
WORKPIECE HOLDING FIXTURE FOR MACHINING MULTIPLE PRISMATIC PARTS
A workpiece fixture assembly is provided herein. The workpiece fixture assembly includes a baseplate including an engagement surface. First and second static risers are configured to maintain a position of a workpiece. The first static riser includes a first gage bore thereon. A dynamic riser is configured to abut the workpiece and has a second gage bore thereon. A numerical control machine has a probe to measure an offset distance between the first and second gage bores. A linearly actuable workpiece support is disposed on the baseplate.
Support for workpieces
The application is related to adjustable supports for holding objects in one or more desired fixed orientations, including but not necessarily limited to objects that lack uniformity as to size and/or shape and/or weight.
Holding device for an abutment blank, system comprising the retainer and the abutment blank, and method for retaining and machining the abutment blank
The invention relates to a holding system having a holding device (1) and an abutment blank (6), to a method for retaining and machining an abutment blank (6), and to a holding device (1) for retaining an abutment blank (6) having an implant interface (8) and a retainer segment (7) spaced apart from the implant interface (8), comprising a recess (3) in a basic body (2) for forming a frame having interior contact surfaces. One of the contact surfaces is spaced apart from the opposite contact surface such that a processing space (30) is formed, into which the abutment blank (6) to be machined extends. One of the contact surfaces has at least one retaining receptacle (5), which preferably is a tapped blind hole, and which corresponds to the retainer segment (7), preferably in a friction-locking manner, such that the retainer segment (7) of the abutment blank (6) is retained in the retaining receptacle (5) in a rotationally secure manner and is oriented in a predetermined position.
Circumferential positioning device of automobile hub
A circumferential positioning device of automobile hub having rotary positioning seat, transition seat, bearing, positioning pin, positioning cylinder, bearing, base frame, main rotating shaft with sliding spline, coupling assembly, link snap-gauge assembly, lead screw, connecting bolt, nut, servo motor, lower bracket of main rotating shaft, small bracket of belt servo motor, belt pulley servo motor, small belt pulley axle, small belt pulley, belt, large belt pulley. The device in the present invention two radial grooves passing through the center that are formed in the bottom surface of the flange of the hub, correspond to the spoke direction on the facade of the hub and are just matched with the two radial bosses passing through the center on the top face of the positioning seat to achieve a positioning purpose.
