Portable meter for measuring a force generated by a magnetic apparatus
A portable meter (1) for measuring a force generated by a magnetic apparatus (2), comprising a mobile probe (3) configured to be coupled to the magnetic apparatus (2) whose force needs to be measured, the probe (3) comprising at least one active ferromagnetic element (4) which has a configuration corresponding to that of a pole (N, S) on the magnetic apparatus whose force needs to be measured, the probe being equipped with alignment means (5, 6) configured to align the at least one active ferromagnetic element (4) with at least one magnetic pole (N, S) on the magnetic apparatus (2), the at least one active ferromagnetic element (4) having at least one turn (B)made of an electrically conductive materialwound around it, and a detection unit (7) interfaced with the at least one turn (B) in order to detect a magnetic flux flowing through the coil at least during a transient of activation/deactivation of the magnetic apparatus.
Magnetic fixture
A fixture is provided for retaining a metal workpiece for contact by finishing media during operation of a media based finishing operation. The fixture comprises a body and a magnet for retaining the workpiece in contact with the body. By use of super-magnetic materials a significant holding force may be achieved.

A cylinder member includes a piston assembly and a cylinder tube, and the piston assembly includes a permanent magnet. A holding force adjustment member includes an adjustment body fixed to the cylinder tube and an adjustment ring having a workpiece holding surface. The adjustment ring is screw-engaged with the adjustment body.

Magnetic coupling devices are disclosed. The magnetic coupling devices may include sensors, retractable pins, stationary pins, probes, and/or additional tools. The magnetic coupling devices may include multiple sets of pole portions, a first set may be received in an opening in a first magnet of the magnetic coupling device and a second set may be outside of an envelope of the first magnet.

PANEL RELEASE DEVICE
A panel release device includes a magnetic buckle device including a first buckle member and a second buckle member respectively attached to a preset first panel and a preset second panel and respectively composed of a columnar magnetic body, a non-magnetic conductive component and a magnetic conductive component, and a magnetic key composed of a ring-shaped magnetic body with N magnetic components and S magnetic components stacked vertically. When the ring-shaped magnetic body is aligned with the non-magnetic conductive component with the same polarity, the mutually repulsive state between the ring-shaped magnetic body and the magnetic buckle device is changed to a mutually attractive and fitting state, so that the first buckle member and the second buckle member are in a mutually repulsive state with the same polarity, and the preset first panel and the preset second panel are unlocked and separated.
