This machine tool system uses a plurality of mobile robots to convey workpieces to a plurality of machine tools, the machine tool system being provided with: machine tool control unit that issues work requests to the machine tools; a mobile robot control unit that determines workable times for the mobile robots on the basis of the work requests; and a determining unit that compares the workable times which are for the mobile robots and respectively planned by the mobile robots, and causes the mobile robot with the fastest workable time to execute the requested work.

The cutting apparatus includes a chuck table that holds a board in which a groove is formed through cutting of the board by the cutting blade, a cutting unit having a spindle and a mount flange that is fixed to a tip part of the spindle and on which the cutting blade is mounted, and a replacement apparatus that replaces the cutting blade mounted on the mount flange with the cutting blade stored in a blade storing part and replaces the board placed on the chuck table with the board stored in a board storing part. The replacement apparatus includes a holding part that holds the cutting blade and the board under suction.

METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR INJECTING CUTTING FLUID DURING MILLING UNDER DIFFERENT WORKING CONDITIONS

The disclosure provides a method and system for injecting cutting fluid during milling under different working conditions. By analyzing influence of an airflow field in a milling area under different working conditions on injection of cutting fluid, an influence rule of a helical angle and a rotation speed of a cutter on the flow field is quantitatively analyzed, an optimal target distance of a nozzle, an angle between the nozzle and a milling cutter feeding direction and an angle between the nozzle and the surface of a workpiece are comprehensively determined, the nozzle is set according to a determined setting manner, and lubricating oil is sprayed to the milling area by utilizing the nozzle.

A tool changer 30 with a master half 32 and tool half 34. Mating member 60, 138 enables the master half 32 and tool half to mesh with one another. A securing mechanism has a clasp 70 and a cam 72. The clasps 70 move between a release position and a grasping position. In the grasping position, the master 32 and tool halves 34 are secured together with one another. The cam 72 moves the clasps 70 between the release and grasping positions. From a release position, the master half 32 engages the tool half 34. The master half 32 moves horizontally with respect to the tool half 34. This, in turn, moves the cam 72 from its release position to its grasping position. In the grasping position, the clasps 70 grasp the tool half 34, the cam locks 72 in its grasping position and the master 32 and tool 34 halves secure with one another.
