A system for changing and inserting or placing tools on a machine tool, including: a tool changer with a manipulator which is configured to remove a tool to be introduced from a tool magazine of the machine tool at a removal position and to transfer it to a work spindle of the machine tool at a tool change position in an automatic tool changing operation, and a tool diameter measuring apparatus, which is configured to determine a tool diameter or a tool radius of the tool to be introduced that has been removed from the tool magazine of the machine tool by the manipulator.
SENSING TOOL HOLDER
The present disclosure provides a sensing tool holder. The sensing tool holder includes a tool holder unit, a sensing unit and a housing. The tool holder unit includes a base and an additive body mounted on the base by an additive manufacturing method. The additive body includes an assembling structure. The assembling structure is formed on an outer surface of the additive body, and includes multiple first assembling recesses and multiple second assembling recesses for increasing the freedom of installation. The sensing unit is arranged on the assembling structure. The housing is mounted around the additive body, and covers and protects the sensing unit. A closed space is formed between the housing and the additive body.

Tool magazine for a manipulator
The invention relates to a tool magazine (1) for a manipulator (4) comprising a plurality of tool holding fixtures (2) which are distributed in a preparation area (7), especially in a substantially vertical preparation plane (11). The tool magazine (1), on one side (9) of the preparation area (7), comprises a first access opening (10) facing the manipulator (4) and, on the other side (15) of the preparation area (7), a second access opening (16) facing an operator (13) and the first access opening (10) is associated with a first protective device (17) and the second access opening (16) is associated with a second protective device (18).
CONTROL METHOD FOR MACHINE TOOL, AND MACHINE TOOL
This method, for controlling a machine tool using a tool holder to which a coolant pipe is attached, includes: a step of detecting, in response to a signal indicating that a tool is prepared on a tool loading station of the machine tool, whether or not an abnormality has occurred in attaching the coolant pipe to the tool holder of the tool while the tool holder is at the tool loading station; and a step of issuing an alarm when the abnormality is detected in the step of detecting the occurrence of the abnormality.
Machine tool
A machine tool (1) includes a tool information storage (9) storing therein used tool information for, when an NC program execution part (5) executes an NC program, specifying a tool used for machining, and a magazine operation panel (18) includes an announcement part (18b) for announcing an alarm to an operator. When receiving an operation signal from an input part (18a) while the NC program execution part (5) is executing an NC program, a tool change control part (11) checks the used tool information stored in the tool information storage (9), and in the case where a tool held by a tool pot (17a) corresponding to the operation signal is not used for machining, moves the tool pot (17a) to a tool attachment/detachment position (17c), and in the case where the tool is used for machining, causes the announcement part (18a) to announce an alarm indicating that it is unavailable.

The device includes at least one reserve unit configured to hold in reserve electrode caps which are required for welding with the welding unit. The device also includes a cap changing unit configured to change an electrode cap mounted on a welding tool for another electrode cap held in reserve in the reserve unit. The cap changing unit is configured to arrange the electrode cap demounted from the welding tool in the at least one reserve unit.
MACHINE TOOL
This machine tool has a tool changing device, and sequentially changes tools to machine a workpiece. The machine tool comprises: an input unit which receives a machining program output from a CAM system and tool basic data; a storage unit which stores the tool basic data received from the input unit for each tool number; a tool measuring device which measures the size of a tool loaded into a tool magazine of the tool changing device; and a determination unit which compares the tool basic data stored in the storage unit and the actual data measured by the measuring device, and determines that the measured tool is different from a desired tool if the difference between the two tool sizes is beyond a preset allowable range.
