Power tool operation recording and playback

A power tool and method for recording and playing back a motor parameter. The power tool includes housing, a motor, a trigger, a mode selector switch, and a controller. The trigger outputs an activation signal based on a user input. The mode selector switch is configured to receive a user mode selection indicating a recording mode, a normal operating mode, or a playback mode. The controller receives a mode selection signal from the mode selector switch indicating the selected mode. The controller enters the recording mode when the user mode selection indicates the recording mode, and records a motor parameter while the power tool is in the recording mode to generate a recorded motor parameter. In the playback mode, the controller operates the motor based on the recorded motor parameter upon receiving the activation signal from the trigger.

A motor control apparatus controlling a motor driving a machine tool includes, an abnormal load detecting unit that detects an abnormal load by monitoring a load of the motor, a retract amount storing unit that stores a plurality of retract amounts used when the machine tool performs a retract operation in response to detection of an abnormal load by the abnormal load detecting unit, a retract amount switching unit that switches a retract amount selected from the plurality of retract amounts in accordance with a result of determination of whether the machine tool is processing or not, and a retract amount adding unit that adds a retract amount selected by switching of the retract amount switching unit to an instruction value indicative of a movement amount of the machine tool.

Machining head

A machining head is provided with a turret on which multiple rotating tools are mounted, and this head is configured such that rotation of each of the multiple rotating tools during machining and rotation of the turret are performed by a single motor. A switchable turret rotation transmission mechanism is disposed to be capable of transmitting the rotation of the motor shaft to the turret as the rotation of the turret and releasing the transmission. The rotation of each of the multiple rotating tools during the machining and the rotation of the turret can be performed by the single motor.

Slanting-bed feed processing machine tool of large propeller

The present invention relates to a slanting-bed feed processing machine tool of a large propeller. The machine tool comprises a slanting column feed bed, a machine tool spindle, a workpiece rotary worktable, a large propeller and a bed feed mechanism. The present invention coordinates the geometrical relationship between the machine tool and the large propeller to ensure that the slanting column feed bed moves between two blades, thereby reducing the overhang length of the spindle. Different forms of workpiece rotary worktables and bed feed mechanisms are selected according to different slanting column feed beds. Four types of slanting column feed beds are designed, which can be selected, optimized and applied for different processing objects. The present invention enhances the processing stiffness of the spindle and solves the problem of poor processing quality of the large propeller caused by machine tool vibration.
