Transfer device of a transport system
A transfer device for self-propelling workpiece trolleys of a transport system allows ends of one or more route sections to be continuously or intermittently connected. The ends of the route sections are either connected via transfer sections that are rigid and bent at least in sections, or a transfer sectionwhich can be moved along a straight or curved track curve and supporting one or more workpiece trolleyscan be temporarily arranged before the ends of the route sections, which transfer section can be moved back and forth between the ends via a driveable gear unit. At least one transfer device for a transport and/or processing system is developed, with which the workpiece trolleys are transferred from one route section to another.
Production cell with workpiece return
A production cell includes a workpiece conveyor device which has at least one workpiece carriage. It further includes at least one workpiece processing device and a workpiece transfer station. A provided workpiece can be conveyed to the workpiece processing station and from the processing station to the workpiece transfer station by the workpiece carriage. The production cell has a workpiece tilting device which is arranged at the workpiece transfer station and a workpiece return device with a workpiece temporary storage device. A workpiece can be transferred to the workpiece return device by the workpiece tilting device at the workpiece transfer station, and the workpiece can be conveyed into the workpiece temporary storage device. The workpiece can be removed from the workpiece temporary storage device and can be provided to the workpiece conveyor device.

The present invention relates to a transport device (100) for transporting one or more handling devices, each for handling a pallet (300) and/or a workpiece (1) on a machine tool (1000) which is set up on a base surface for machining the workpiece (1), wherein the transport device (100) is freely movable on the base surface for positioning the one or more handling devices relative to the machine tool (1000), in particular within a region in front and/or next to the machine tool (1000) and/or in front and/or next to a working space of the machine tool (1000).

The delivery apparatus may include: a delivery assembly including a delivery guide rail and a delivery tool, where the delivery tool may be slidably disposed on the delivery guide rail; a docking assembly including a docking drive structure and a docking guide rail, where the docking drive structure may be configured to drive the docking guide rail to move relative to the delivery guide rail so that the docking guide rail is able to dock with the delivery guide rail; and a blocking assembly configured to block the delivery tool on the delivery guide rail before the docking guide rail docks with the delivery guide rail for receiving the delivery tool.
