Hand-held machine tool with fan arrangement
Hand-held machine tool having an outer housing extending substantially along a longitudinal axis, with an electric drive unit accommodated in this outer housing, and with a tool arrangement which is disposed at a first end of the electric drive unit. The outer housing of the machine tool has a defined inner contour and the electric drive unit and the tool arrangement have a defined outer contour. The outer contour and the inner contour of the outer housing are at a predetermined minimum spacing from each other. At least one inlet opening for cooling air is disposed in an end region of the outer housing. The electric drive unit drives a fan arrangement which draws in through the at least one inlet opening cooling air which flows substantially parallel to the rotational axis of the electric drive unit through the machine tool and flows out of the outer housing to the outside at the outer contour of the machine tool.
Impact tool and dust collection system
An impact tool includes a housing, an impact mechanism unit, a motor, and a dust collection fan. The housing is configured to mount a dust collection attachment. The impact mechanism unit is disposed inside the housing. The impact mechanism unit has a front end to which a tool bit is mounted and an impact element that reciprocates. The impact mechanism unit is configured to impact the tool bit by the impact element. The motor is disposed such that a rotation shaft of the motor intersects with an impact axis direction of the impact mechanism unit inside the housing. The dust collection fan is disposed on the rotation shaft. The dust collection fan is disposed below the motor.
Router and debris receptacle
A debris receptacle for a router table includes an enclosure configured to be attached to the router table. The enclosure defines an interior sized and shaped to receive a router. The enclosure defines a debris inlet aperture in fluid communication with a router bit aperture of the work platform so that the interior receives the debris from router bit aperture via the debris inlet aperture. The enclosure also defines a debris outlet aperture in fluid communication with a dust collector to remove debris from the interior. The enclosure further defines an air inlet aperture in fluid communication with air in an environment outside the enclosure. The debris receptacle also includes an air intake conduit for fluidly coupling the air inlet aperture to an air inlet of the router, thereby enabling the router to draw air into the router from the environment outside the enclosure to cool the router.
Coolant Supply System
A coolant supply system according to an embodiment includes: a first passage for leading a coolant discharged through a first outlet of a tank body into a spindle unit; and a second passage for leading the coolant discharged through a second outlet of the tank body into a discharging device. The spindle unit holds a tool through which the coolant is to be discharged. The discharging device has a discharge outlet larger than that of the tool. In the tank body, the first outlet is located at a gathering position toward which sludge contained in the coolant is caused to gather by a swirling flow of the coolant. The second outlet is located at a position away from the gathering position. A centrifugal filter is having a function of separating sludge by a centrifugal force is provided on the first passage, but no centrifugal filter is provided on the second passage.
TABLE DRIVE, MACHINE TOOL, AND WORKPIECE MACHINING METHOD
A table drive includes a table apparatus which includes a table that is configured to support a workpiece, a support base that supports the table apparatus, a first motor configured to move the table apparatus relative to the support base, and a cooling apparatus configured to cool the first motor. The first motor includes a first portion in contact with the support base, and a second portion disposed at a position farther from the support base than the first portion. The cooling apparatus includes a fan configured to give momentum to air, a supply duct via which the air is configured to be supplied to the first portion of the first motor, and an exhaust duct via which the air is configured to be discharged from a periphery of the second portion of the first motor.
Temperature control device for machine tool
A temperature control device includes a machine body temperature sensor which measures a machine body temperature at a portion separated from a spindle device, a return oil temperature sensor which measures a temperature of cooling oil which circulates in a machine tool and which is collected by the temperature control device, an oil controller which includes at least two oil control modules, each having a cooler and which control the temperature of the cooling oil so that the temperature of the cooling oil detected by the return temperature sensor is synchronized with a reference temperature set based on a machine body temperature, in which tanks thereof communicate with each other, and the at least two oil control modules are connected in parallel to the machine tool, and a piping connection manifold for uniformizing convergence of the cooling oil to the machine tool and branching to each of the oil control modules.
Angle grinder
Disclosed is an angle grinder. An operation body is configured to control the polishing of an action head end, one end of a head housing is detachably connected to the operation body, the other end of the head housing is detachably connected to a front cover. One end of a rotor shaft extends out of the head housing and the front cover; a bearing is sleeved on the periphery of the rotor shaft; the front cover is located on the periphery of the bearing; and an installation stopper can be detachably installed on the rotor shaft and can rotate synchronously with the rotor shaft. One side of the bearing is in contact with the shoulder of the rotor shaft, and the other side of the bearing is contact with the installation stopper. The bearing can be clamped by the installation stopper and the shoulder of the rotor shaft.
