Tool changer
In order to provide a tool changer that can detect an entry of a foreign substance into a turret mechanism portion or wear of a turret mechanism part, a tool changer of the present invention includes a reference phase false detection sensing portion that monitors load variations which occur in a turret drive source and detects an entry of a foreign substance into the turret mechanism portion based on a difference between the load variations and a reference load used as a reference. Moreover, the reference phase false detection sensing portion can also detect the progress of wear of the turret mechanism part based on the integral of the absolute value of a difference between the load variations which occur in the turret drive source and the reference load used as a reference.
TOOL POST FOR MACHINE TOOL
A first driving force transmission part is disposed between an attachment part turning transmission shaft and a tool attachment part. The first driving force transmission part transmits rotary driving force from a side of the attachment part turning transmission shaft to the side of the first turning driving force transmission shaft, and includes a groove, a tenon shaped protrusion, and protrusions. The groove is formed on a tip of a slide shaft of the attachment part turning transmission shaft. The tenon shaped protrusion is formed in the first turning driving force transmission shaft and detachably engages with the groove. The protrusions once releases an engaging posture by pressing the groove that is biased to the engaging posture in an disengaging state when the tool is in the middle of the movement to a predetermined position.
Indexing head with two rotating axes
Indexing head with two rotating axes, with a first rotating axis A perpendicular to the fixing direction with regard to the mode of operation of the head, and with a second rotating axis B of the fixing direction, in turn defining an upper part of the fixed head in relation to the B axis and a lower part of the head, which moves in relation to axes A and B; and which has a principal servomotor A (40) and a position locking mechanism on the A axis arranged 10 on the part of the lower head; and a principal servomotor B (21) for rotation on the B axis with a position locking mechanism on the B axis arranged on said upper part of the head.
Processing apparatus
A replacement device of a processing apparatus includes a gripping device having a single first support member positionally fixed, a first gripping portion provided on the first support member to grip a holder not to rotate in a releasing direction when the processing member is removed from the holder, and a second gripping portion provided on the first support member apart from the first gripping portion to grip the holder not to rotate in a restricting direction when the processing member is attached to the holder, and a holding device having a single movable second support member, plural first holding portions provided on the second support member to respectively accommodate the processing member removed from the holder, and plural second holding portions provided on the second support member apart from the first holding portions to respectively accommodate the processing member that is to be attached to the holder.

Workpiece turning-over device
A workpiece turning-over device includes a mounting wall, a gear driving mechanism, and a rotation mechanism. The gear driving mechanism comprises a toothed bar and a driving member. The driving member is able to drive the toothed bar to move. The rotation mechanism comprises a sleeve and a gear. The sleeve is rotatably attached to the mounting wall. A supporting portion extends from the sleeve to secure the workpiece thereon. The gear is fixedly coiled around the sleeve, engaged to the toothed bar, and is able to rotate to rotate the sleeve fixed thereto, thereby allowing the workpiece to rotate.
TURRET TOOL REST AND MACHINE TOOL
A turret tool rest includes a main shaft, a turret turning shaft, a turret, a joint base, a mill housing connection shaft, and an engagement member. The main shaft rotates a tool. A part of the main shaft is provided in the turret turning shaft. The turret turning shaft has a first coupling hole. The turret is connected to the turret turning shaft via which the turret is rotated. The joint base has a second coupling hole. The mill housing connection shaft is connected to the joint base. The mill housing connection shaft is provided between the main shaft and the turret turning shaft. Each of the mill housing connection shaft, the joint base, the part of the main shaft, and the turret turning shaft are disposed to rotate around a rotation axis of the turret. The engagement member moves in the first coupling hole and the second coupling hole.
VEHICLE DIFFERENTIAL SUPPORT STAND
A support stand for facilitating the repositioning of a work piece undergoing repair includes a base member in which a spindle is journaled for rotation about a vertical axis and affixed to the upper end of the spindle is a generally U-shaped yoke having parallel, spaced-apart arms between which a work piece support member is journaled for rotation about horizontal axis. A detent mechanism is provided for releasably latching the spindle in any one of a plurality of angular positions relative to the base. Similarly, a detent mechanism is provided between the yoke and the work piece support member for latching it in one of a plurality of angular positions.
CAM MECHANISM, CAM MECHANISM MANUFACTURING METHOD, CAMSHAFT MANUFACTURING METHOD, NC ROTARY TABLE
A cam mechanism includes a base, a roller gear, and a camshaft. The roller gear and the camshaft are rotatably supported by the base. The roller gear has a turret and a plurality of cam followers mounted on the circumference of the turret. The camshaft has a shaft portion and a tapered rib having a first tapered rib and a second tapered rib. The first and second tapered ribs are each engaged with the cam followers. The first and second tapered ribs are configured to rotate relative to each other around a rotation axis of the shaft portion during adjustment of preload at which the first and second tapered ribs are pressed against the cam followers. After the adjustment of the preload, the second tapered rib is fixed to the shaft portion, and the first and second tapered ribs are prevented from rotating relatively.
Rotary table
A rotary table includes a base body, a movable ring rotatably arranged on the base body, a fixed ring arranged on an inner periphery side of the movable ring and fixed to the base body, and a plurality of rolling elements. The rotary table includes a sensor fixed to the base body and a dog fixed to the movable ring. The movable ring has a scale extending at least at a portion of an outer peripheral side surface, and a groove-shaped recess formed to be recessed inward from an outer periphery of the movable ring at a position corresponding to the scale on the outer periphery. The dog has a leg portion fitted to the recess, and a detected portion protruding outward from the leg portion and detectable by the sensor. The leg portion is able to be fixed to the movable ring at any position in the recess.
