Device and Method for Processing A Surface
Device and corresponding method for processing a hard surfacing. The device comprises a frame to be mounted to a vehicle, a support coupled to the frame, for carrying at least a first rotary processing unit for processing the hard surfacing, and wherein each rotary processing unit comprises a drive motor with a drive shaft, for rotating the rotary processing unit relative to the support; a substantially flat first disc comprising a plurality of processing heads for processing the hard surfacing; a substantially flat second disc coupled via vibration-damping coupling elements to the first disc and extending parallel to the first disc; a substantially flat third disc coupled via one or more deformation-reducing coupling elements to the second disc and extending parallel to the second disc, wherein the first, second and third discs form a stack of discs that is rotatable relative to the support.
Cement surface grinding device
A cement surface grinding device includes a central disk which is extended upwards with a central shaft; the central disk being rotary with respect to the central shaft; at least one outer rotary disk arranged around the central disk; a bottom of the outer rotary disk being installed with a grinding sheet; and a rotary frame arranged above the central disk and the at least one outer rotary disk; the rotary frame including a connecting frame and a plurality of connecting rods; an upper side of the central shaft being connected to a central hole of a seat and the seat being connected to a lower side of the connecting frame; each outer rotary disk being formed with an outer belt wheel and the central disk being formed with a connecting element; and a belt winding around the connecting element and the outer belt wheel.
WOOD DECK SANDING TOOL
A sanding wheel that may be used, e.g., to finish a wood deck, includes one or more risers. Each riser includes an angled face and a cross member, and the angled face and cross member define a slot therebetween. The retaining or fastening clip includes a retaining spring, and the fastening clip is received on the angled face of the riser with the retaining spring extending into the slot. The blade has an abrasive on a first end and an aperture at a second end, the aperture being defined by a shoulder about the aperture. The second end of the blade extends into the slot with the retaining spring of the fastening clip engaging the shoulder. The slot and the retaining spring are configured to mechanically lock the blade to the riser and the base.
POLISHING OR GRINDING PAD ASSEMBLY
A floor polishing or grinding pad assembly is provided. In one aspect, a polishing or grinding pad assembly employs a flexible pad, a reinforcement layer or ring, and multiple floor-contacting tools such as abrasive disks. In another aspect, the reinforcement layer includes a wavy or undulating internal edge shape. A further aspect includes an inner ring edge having radially extending slots between pairs of radially enlarged tool mounting peaks. Still another aspect includes an insulator or spacer between a head of an abrasive tool and a reinforcement ring.
GROUTING PAN ASSEMBLY WITH REINFORCEMENT RING
A grouting pan assembly includes a reinforcement ring. In another aspect, a grouting pan includes a substantially planar bottom surface and a curved sidewall surrounding the bottom surface. In a further embodiment, a grouting pan assembly includes a grouting pan having a post or mechanical fastener extending from a backside thereof for attachment to a reinforcing ring or layer.
Structure of water mill
An improved structure of water mill has a body provided with a handle part, a body part, a working head base and a pressing control switch. The handle part is provided with an intake passage, an exhaust passage, and a water inlet reversing passage. By triggering the pressing control switch, a high-pressure gas is guided into the intake passage and the body to drive the water grinder. A water pump gas outlet is provided with a double sleeve tube connected to a sealed water storage tank. The discharged high-pressure gas is guided into the sealed water storage tank through the outer tube of the double sleeve tube, so that the stored water is pressed back to the double sleeve tube and is simultaneously guided into the water inlet reversing passage. Finally, the water is guided out to the working head base, with simultaneous grinding and water cooling.
Grinding disk of ground grinding machine driven by motor
The present disclosure relates to a grinding disk of a ground grinding machine driven by a motor, including a chassis, wherein a working surface of the chassis is a separate flat disk, fixed devices are arranged on a lower surface of the chassis, and grinding blocks are fixedly installed through the fixed devices. Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure has the following advantages: the size of the grinding working surface of the separate grinding disk may be set freely by changing the arrangement mode of the grinding blocks; so as to reduce the starting torque and achieve the buffer effect; and mounting grooves may adopt the circumferential alternate arrangement or the radial alternate arrangement, so that the installed grinding blocks may compensate for each other, and the uniform and complete grinding is ensured while reducing the quantity of the grinding blocks.
Way of Saving Costs in Connection with Grinding and Means for That
Ways of providing efficient and cost-saving grinding of floors or of other similar surfaces by a grinding machine having replaceable grinding tools are disclosed.
