FORMATIONS TO PLOW THE SURFACE LAND USING MODULAR AGRICULTURAL DRAW IMPLEMENT AND THEIR COMPONENTS
The present invention relates to formations to plow the surface layer of a land using modular agricultural implement of drag and respective components (1). It was developed to attend specific agricultural activities in areas of compatible dimensions and to carry out the overturning of the superficial layer of the soil, leveling, and/or incorporating correctives and fertilizers, as well as reducing compaction to increase porous spaces and increase the permeability and storage of air and water. It is assembled in modules under different forms of assembly, highlighting there are the triangular agricultural formation in three versions, triangle forward, triangle backward, and agricultural formation large triangle, and the agricultural formation in rhombus in two versions, the simple rhombus, and the large rhombus.
DISK ASSEMBLY WITH MULTI-PLANE ANGLE ADJUSTMENT AND RELATED SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A disk assembly for agricultural implements comprises a disk hanger including a proximal end and a distal end opposite the proximal end. The disk assembly further includes a hanger spindle supported relative to the distal end of the disk hanger for rotation about a first axis of rotation, and a blade spindle supported relative to the hanger spindle, with the blade spindle being rotatable about a second axis of rotation oriented non-parallel relative to the first axis of rotation. Additionally, the disk assembly includes a blade coupled to the blade spindle for rotation therewith about the second axis of rotation. Moreover, the disk assembly is configured such that rotation of the hanger spindle relative to the disk hanger about the first axis of rotation results in an adjustment of both an angle-of-engagement and a camber angle of the blade.
Tillage implement
A tillage implement has a main frame towed in a forward working direction and toolbar assemblies supported on the main frame. Each assembly has an elongate toolbar member transverse to the forward working direction with tillage units spaced along the toolbar member for working the ground. A pivot supports each toolbar at an intermediate location on the toolbar for angular adjustment about an upright axis relative to the main frame. Followers at opposing ends of each toolbar member are received in respective guides at fixed locations on the main frame such that the followers are slidable within the guides in the forward working direction while restricting rotation of the toolbar member about a longitudinal axis of the toolbar member relative to the main frame. Angular position of each toolbar is controlled by an actuator with an attached mechanical indicator that can be read by an operator.
Disc leveling system
A disc conditioner to work soil in a forward direction including a main support structure, a secondary support structure that protrudes from the main support structure in the forward direction, a main disc assembly affixed to the main support structure, and a secondary disc assembly that is affixed to the secondary support structure and protrudes from the main disc assembly in the forward direction. The secondary disc assembly generates an oscillating soil and residue flow along a central axis of the disc conditioner that levels the soil.
Compact parallel arm row cleaner
An apparatus and system for adjustably controlling the position and depth of row cleaner wheels in no-till planting applications, the apparatus comprising a frame, a piston movably secured at the top to the frame, first and second sets of parallel arms disposed on either side of the piston and movably secured at one end to the frame and at the other end to a hub stem, and a set of piston arms each movably secured at the top to one of the first or second set of parallel arms and at the other end to the bottom of the piston.
RAIL ROLLER PIN GANG ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM
A tillage machine includes a main frame, a gang rotatably coupled to the main frame, and an arcuately-shaped adjustment rail coupled to the main frame. At least a portion of the adjustment rail is spaced from the main frame. The adjustment rail includes a plurality of apertures each configured to receive a locking structure, and the adjustment rail defines an open space adjacent the main frame.

Implement tool angle control system
An agricultural implement includes a plurality of ground-engaging tools configured to modify a surface configuration of an agricultural field and a hydraulically-controlled subsystem configured to modify an operating angle of the plurality of ground-engaging tools. The agricultural implement also includes a sensor coupled to the hydraulically-controlled subsystem configured to generate sensor signals indicative of a current operating angle of the plurality of ground-engaging tools. The agricultural implement also includes an implement control system configured to receive the sensor signals from the sensor to determine the current operating angle of the plurality of ground-engaging tools, and, upon determining the current operating angle is to be changed to a new operating angle, generate control signals for the hydraulically-controlled subsystem to modify the operating angle of the plurality of ground-engaging tools from the current operating angle to the new operating angle.
