CUTTING TOOL AND HANDHELD TOOL
A cutting tool includes a trunk assembly, an electric motor, a second housing for accommodating the electric motor, an output shaft for mounting a cutting piece, a transmission assembly connected between a motor shaft and the output shaft, and a third housing for accommodating at least part of the transmission assembly. In a process of the cutting piece cutting a workpiece, the third housing has a first contact surface and a second contact surface with the workpiece; when the first contact surface or the second contact surface is in contact with the workpiece, the cutting piece has a maximum cutting depth; and the angle between the first contact surface and the second contact surface is greater than or equal to 50 and less than or equal to 85, and the maximum cutting depth is greater than or equal to 20 mm.
SHIELD ASSEMBLY FOR POWER TOOL
A shield assembly includes a guard collar and a guard member. The guard collar is disposed around a neck of a gear case of a power tool and includes a first engagement interface. The first engagement interface extends along an outer perimeter of the guard collar and defines a circumferential recess. The guard member includes a second engagement interface for removably engaging with the first engagement interface to secure the guard member to the guard collar. The second engagement interface includes a circumferential engagement member for mating with the circumferential recess of the first engagement interface. The guard member includes a body portion for at least partially surrounding a working member of the power tool.
Portable machining apparatus
A portable machining apparatus facilitates addition of new electric components with an intended arrangement of various electric components. The portable machining apparatus includes a housing, an electric motor installed in the housing and including a motor shaft extending in an axial direction, a tip tool partially or fully exposed outside the housing and rotatable by the electric motor, a controller installed in the housing and aligned with the electric motor in the axial direction to control an operation of the electric motor, and a first electric component and a second electric component installed in an electric component compartment between the controller and the electric motor. The first electric component and the second electric component are aligned in a same plane perpendicular to an axis of the motor shaft.
Tool
A tool includes a first accessory, at least two first attachment portions for detachably and selectively attaching the first accessory, and a single first intermediate member provided in common for the at least two first attachment portions. The first intermediate member includes at least one pressed portion configured to, when the first accessory is attached to one first attachment portion arbitrarily selected from the at least two first attachment portions, be directly or indirectly pressed by the first accessory. The first intermediate member is configured to be displaced when the at least one pressed portion is pressed. The tool further includes a single first sensor configured to detect that the first intermediate member is displaced.
