EXTRACTOR FOR A GRINDER
An extractor for a grinder. The extractor includes a partially enclosed body for positioning around a grinding disc of the grinder, the body having first and second walls welded to a covering portion that extends partially around a perimeter of each wall. The extractor further includes a port on the body with a passageway from the body to an outlet of the port, wherein vacuum applied to the extraction port draws grinding particulate created by operation of the grinder on a material from inside the body to the outlet for extraction. A barrel grinder that includes an extractor. A method of fabricating an extractor for a grinder.
Grinding and/or Polishing Pad Device, Grinding and/or Polishing Machine, and Method for Manufacturing a Grinding and/or Polishing Pad Device
A grinding and/or polishing pad device for a grinding and/or polishing machine with a carrier unit is disclosed. The carrier unit on the machine side has at least one air duct, in particular an exhaust air duct, which runs transversely with respect to a main normal of the carrier unit.
Grinding and/or Polishing Pad Device, Grinding and/or Polishing Machine and Method for Manufacturing a Grinding and/or Polishing Pad Device
A grinding and/or polishing pad device for a grinding and/or polishing pad for a grinding and/or polishing machine has a drive interface unit for connecting a carrier unit of the grinding and/or polishing pad to the grinding and/or polishing machine. The drive interface unit has an offset shape and/or the drive interface unit is designed like a sprocket.
Electric tool grinding machine with static electricity dissipation
An electric tool grinding machine with static electricity dissipation, the electric tool grinding machine includes a machine tool body, a motor disposed in the machine tool body, a power supply unit disposed in the machine tool body and connected to the motor, a grinding disc rotating with the motor, and a dust collecting element facing the grinding disc and assembled with the machine tool body. The power supply unit includes a power ground wire. The machine tool body includes a charge conducting element contacting the dust collecting element, and the charge conducting element is electrically connected to the power ground wire by one of the following: direct connection and indirect connection, when an electrostatic charge is generated on the dust collecting element, the charge conducting element conducts the electrostatic charge to the power ground wire.

Particle Collection Device for Collecting Particles, Filter Cleaning Unit for Such a Particle Collection Device, and Power Tool with Such a Particle Collection Device
A particle collection device, in particular a dust box, for a power tool, in particular for an eccentric or orbital sander, includes at least one collection unit for collecting particles, at least one filter cleaning unit, and at least one impulse element. The collection unit includes at least one collection container, in particular a collection receptacle, with at least one filter unit. The filter unit is arranged in the collection container for filtering particles from a fluid flowing through the collection container. The at least one filter cleaning unit is arranged on the collection container, which has at least one longitudinal axis about which the filter cleaning unit is rotatably mounted relative to the collection container and/or the filter unit. The at least one impulse element, in particular an impact extension, is configured to transmit an impulse to individual folds of a pleated filter of the filter unit.
SKATE BLADE SHARPENING SYSTEM
The present disclosure provides for a skate sharpening system comprising an operative unit and a base, the operative unit comprising a central body, the central body comprising a skate receiving slot, a skate clamp being positioned adjacent to the skate receiving slot such that a skate can be secured within the skate receiving slot for a sharpening operation, the operative unit further comprising a grinding unit, the grinding unit being configured to translate along a length of the slot such that the grinding unit can conduct the sharpening operation on the skate that is secured within the skate receiving slot, the operative unit being positioned over at least a portion of the base, the base comprising a swarf-receiving cavity, the operative unit and the base being pivotably connected.

A power tool having a power tool housing, a motor, a tool moved relative to the housing by the motor, a fan rotated by the motor such that a fluid flow with debris generated by tool is moved into the fluid inlet by the fan and through the discharge outlet, and a filter that is removably attached to the power tool housing. The power tool housing includes a fluid inlet and a discharge outlet. The filter includes a filter media for separating the debris from the flow of fluid. The filter media defines a collection container for storing the debris. The filter also includes an opening through which the flow of fluid with the debris enters the collection container, and a valve that is moveable between a closed position, in which the opening is closed, and an open position, in which the opening is open. The valve includes a duckbill check valve.
ANGLE GRINDER DUST COLLECTION SHROUD
A dust collection shroud for angle grinders includes mounting brackets with a vertically and inwardly extending flex arm. The flex arm allows the shroud to fit many different angle grinders while automatically centering the grinding wheel within the shroud dust collection chamber. The mounting brackets allow the shroud to move vertically relative to the angle grinder to allow the operator to vary the application of the grinding wheel to a workpiece while keeping the shroud lower edge in contact with the workpiece to collect the generated debris.
