Vise pins can be received by the jaw pin holes and vise pin holes to fixedly connect the support device to the vise.
Clamping means system capable of automation
A clamping means system including a bearing device and clamping vices, which fit into the bearing device and respectively have on their base area machine coupling system and on their side faces and flanks a bearing receiving contour and a gripping receiving contour. The bearing receiving contour has the greatest play; the fit between the gripper and the gripper receiving contour is of moderate precision, while the precision of the machine coupling system is the greatest. The clear functional separation between the machine coupling system and the bearing receiving contour or gripper receiving contour allows a reliable low-cost system to be constructed. Furthermore, in the case of mixed partly automated systems, in which parts of the handling tasks are performed by the operator and other parts are performed by gripping robots, the handling is possible in an easy and intuitive way.
Clamping device, in particular a vice
In a clamping device (1), in particular vice, the clamping device comprising: a housing (2) which is U-shaped in cross-section and in which one or two guideways (8) extending in a linear direction are incorporated, at least one base jaw (11) which is mounted in the guideway (8) and in which an internal thread (12) is provided, and a drive spindle (9) which is rotatably mounted in the respective housing (2), is arranged parallel to the guideway (8) and is drivably coupled to the respective base jaw (11),
the threads (10) worked into the drive spindle (9), through which the torques from the crank are transmitted for the linear displacement of the base jaws (11), should be permanently encapsulated in a watertight and airtight manner irrespective of the position of the base jaws (11) or the drive spindle (9), and on the other hand the adjustment travel (Δs) of the base jaws (11) or clamping jaws (13) should be as large as possible in order to clamp workpieces with configurations that can be completely different without the need for time-consuming and complicated conversion measures. This is achieved in that a right-hand thread and a left-hand thread (10) are worked onto the drive spindle (9) in regions, in that the respective thread (10) of the drive spindle (9) is enclosed or encapsulated by a cover sleeve (21), in that the cover sleeve (21) has a right-hand thread and a left-hand internal thread (22), which are drivably coupled to the respective thread (10) of the drive spindle (9), in that a right-hand and a left-hand external thread (23), which is in engagement with the respective internal thread (12) of the base jaw (11), is worked on to the cover sleeve (21).
Hub holding apparatus
The present application provides a hub holding apparatus, including: a base on which a mounting hole and a receiving cavity are disposed, a center line of the mounting hole being perpendicular to a center line of the receiving cavity, and the mounting hole being in communication with the receiving cavity; a screw rotatable relative to the base; a first nut sleeved on the first threaded portion and received in the receiving cavity; and a second nut sleeved on the second threaded portion and received in the receiving cavity.
MULTIFACETED VISE-JAW COVER
A firearm maintenance aid can include a firearm vise and a firearm support device. Firearm vise can include vise jaws, a threaded rod connecting vise jaws together, and jaw pin holes in each jaw, the holes extending from an outer surface of a jaw through to an inner surface of each jaw, wherein the holes in the first jaw align with the holes in the second jaw. Firearm support device can include a clamping portion and a supporting portion. The clamping portion can be clamped between the jaws of the firearm vise, can include two parallel clamping faces, and can define vise pin holes that align with the jaw pin holes. The supporting portion can be located opposite the clamping portion and can include a cylindrical shaft. Vise pins can be received by the jaw pin holes and vise pin holes to fixedly connect the support device to the vise.
ADJUSTABLE QUICK VISE
An embodiment of a vise may include a clamping structure having a first clamping jaw, a second clamping jaw positioned relative to the first clamping jaw, and a quick adjust jaw guide to maintain the first clamping jaw relative to the second clamping jaw. The quick adjust jaw guide may include a driving element to apply a force to move the first clamping jaw relative to the second clamping jaw, wherein the driving element comprises a release structure to release the applied force to facilitate rapid adjustment of the first clamping jaw relative to the second clamping jaw.
Gripping or clamping device having an actuator
The invention relates to a gripping or clamping device having an actuator, including a drive driving the actuator, and at least one jaw that is motion-coupled with the actuator. The actuator includes a spindle having a threaded portion, wherein for the purpose of motion coupling, an active portion meshing the threaded portion is arranged on the jaw side.
Clamping mechanism and machining center having the same
There is provided a clamping mechanism, including: a housing which is movable to clamp or unclamp an object having clamping blocks; a clamping plate disposed in front of the housing; and a first elastic member applying a clamping force to the clamping plate by movement of the housing, wherein the clamping blocks have receiving grooves in which edges of the clamping plate are received.
WORKPIECE CLAMPING DEVICE
A workpiece clamping device having a first base body on which a first clamping body is slidably supported in a clamping direction, as well as a second base body on which a second clamping body is slidably supported in the clamping direction. The two clamping bodies are in engagement with a threaded spindle. A contact surface is provided on each base body on the side that faces the other base body respectively. The contact surfaces are arranged with base body distance in the clamping direction. A centering body of the threaded spindle has centering surfaces that abut at one assigned contact surface respectively in order to position the threaded spindle in clamping direction without clearance as far as possible.
Workpiece clamping device with coupling body between clamping body and threaded spindle
A workpiece clamping device having at least one base body. A first clamping body and a second clamping body are movably supported on the at least one base body in a clamping direction. A threaded spindle extends along a spindle longitudinal axis. The spindle longitudinal axis is orientated in clamping direction. It has a first thread section for the first clamping body and a second thread section for the second clamping body. A first coupling body has a first counter thread portion and a second coupling body has a second counter thread portion. In a coupling position the counter thread portions are in engagement with the assigned thread section respectively. In a decoupling position the counter thread portion is disengaged from the assigned thread section. In this decoupling position a movement of the clamping bodies is possible without rotation of the threaded spindle.
