Drum style rotary tiller
A rotary tiller comprises a frame, a cylindrical drum rotatable relative to the frame, a plurality of tines extending from the cylindrical drum, a motor at least partially disposed within the cylindrical drum, wherein the motor is configured to rotate a motor output member, and a transmission at least partially disposed within the cylindrical drum and configured to engage the motor output member. The transmission is operable to drive rotational movement of the cylindrical drum.
Cutter unit for a rotary tilling machine
A cutter unit for a rotating tilling machine comprises a coupling flange connected to a rotor, a first blade and a second blade that comprises a respective operating portion and a respective coupling portion. The cutter unit further comprises a housing seat for the bladed. The coupling portion of the first blade comprises an opening suitable for housing a locking element for locking said first blade in a direction of extraction of the blades from the housing seat and the blades comprise a respective shaped portion arranged one after the other along the direction of extraction of the blades.
Soil compaction mitigation assembly and method
Disclosed is an assembly for mitigating soil compacted by wheels or belts of a vehicle moving over soil and carried by the vehicle. The assembly operates with a series of blades affixed to a rotatable shaft and displaying an elliptical pattern. A hood confines about the top half of the blades and spans about the width of the assembly. A motor rotates the rotatable shaft. A mounting assembly mounts the assembly to the vehicle behind and in alignment with the vehicle wheels or belts. A cylinder assembly reversibly moves the assembly from a home position downwardly into compacted soil for its mitigation.
ATTACHABLE TILLING DEVICE
An attachable tilling device for a vehicle is provided. The device includes a housing having a base member, wherein a pair of opposing side members extend downwardly from a first end and a second end thereof. A bar member is rotatably affixed between the pair of opposing side members, wherein the bar member rotates about a longitudinal axis. The bar member includes a plurality of tilling blades affixed thereto. A gear system is operably connected to the bar member, wherein the gear system rotates the bar member. A gearbox is disposed on an upper side of the housing, wherein a pair of shaft members are operably connected to the gearbox, wherein a first shaft member connects to the gear system and a second shaft member connects to a motor, such that when the motor is actuated, power is transferred to the gearbox, thereby rotating the plurality of tilling blades.
Dual-direction tiller/cultivator
A driveline assembly for equipment, such as a tiller, includes a pair of counter-rotating bevel gears supported on a wheel shaft and rotatable relative to the wheel shaft. The driveline assembly includes a first slider gear movable between a first position in which the first slider gear is engaged with a first bevel gear of the pair of bevel gears, and a second position in which the first slider gear is engaged with a second bevel gear of the pair of bevel gears. When the first slider gear is engaged with the first bevel gear, the first bevel gear becomes operatively connected to a rotatable tine shaft to rotate tines in a first direction. When the first slider gear is engaged with the second bevel gear, the second bevel gear becomes operatively connected to the rotatable tine shaft to rotate the tines in a second direction opposite the first direction.
TOOL AND TOOL HOLDER FOR A ROTARY LAND PREPARATION IMPLEMENT AND VEHICLE THEREOF
A land preparation implement includes a rotatable drum assembly that includes a tool assembly. The tool assembly includes a tool holder and a tool. The tool includes a plurality of cleats. The tool holder includes a plurality of cleat supports. The cleats and the cleat supports cooperate to facilitate releasable coupling of the tool to the tool holder.
AUTONOMOUS TRAVELLING WORK VEHICLE, AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING AUTONOMOUS TRAVELLING WORK VEHICLE
An autonomous travelling work vehicle includes at least one obstruction sensor and circuitry. The at least one obstruction sensor is to detect an obstruction in a travel route along which the autonomous travelling work vehicle is configured to travel. The circuitry is configured to determine whether the at least one obstruction sensor operates under a proper operation environment and to determine whether a malfunction occurs in the at least one obstruction sensor if the at least one obstruction sensor is determined to operate under the proper operation environment.
Blade assembly flange
A flange for securing a rotary blade to a shaft that includes a solid plate with: an axially oriented shaft hole substantially in the center of the plate; two or more additional blade holes for securing a blade to the flange; an embossment around the shaft hole, providing a profile for stopping blade rotation about the blade hole; and a depression on the back face of the plate opposite the embossment, which provides a welding surface to secure the plate to a shaft passing through the shaft hole. Also are assemblages that include a flange, such as a blade assembly system for attaching two or more blades to a shaft, a bladed shaft, an attachable farm implement including a bladed shaft, and a powered machine, which includes a bladed shaft.
TRACTOR MOUNTED EXCAVATION IMPLEMENT ENHANCEMENTS AND EXPANSIONS
The objective of this application is to reveal enhancements and extensions of the previously patented Tractor-Mounted Excavation Implement, awarded Nov. 24, 2015 to Bruce Wade McGee, and assigned U.S. Pat. No. 9,194,103 B2. McGee's Tractor Mounted Excavation Implement is useful in small-scale construction, hobby farming or gardening, landscaping, irrigation, utilities and pipe laying, roadside or city development and maintenance in some areas, land-owner maintenance, and possibly firefighting with rapid excavation needs in some less dense forests. This application adds apparatuses to include usefulness in creating gardening or landscaping beds, and shallow graded excavations for sidewalk or simple slabs. Additionally, several other changes are proposed that enhance and extend usefulness of the implement, including improved power diversion to the implement's apparatuses, improved cutting element configuration, and an enhanced axle that more effectively loosens soil for excavation and sweeps excavated soil laterally.
