Ball Joint Press Tool with Coupleable Adapters
A ball joint press tool having at least one spring-plunger engageable with at least one adapter to releasably couple the adapter to the tool allowing for single handed placement of the tool regardless of orientation of the tool. The ball joint press tool has at least one adapter-receiving aperture and the spring-plunger has an adapter-engagement head, such as a ball, spring biased to at least partially extend into the adapter-receiving aperture on the tool. An adapter having a connecting projection defining a spring-plunger engaging detent, such as a groove, is insertable into the adapter-receiving aperture wherein the adapter-engagement head of the spring-plunger engages with the spring-plunger engaging detent.
Production method for impeller
A production method for an impeller includes: an impeller molding body forming step of forming an impeller molding body in which a reinforcement portion which reinforces at least one of end portions of the impeller in which an inlet and an outlet of a flow path are formed and the impeller are integrated with each other, by an additive manufacturing method using a metal powder; and a removal step of removing the reinforcement portion from the impeller molding body.
Clamp for use with an impact tool
A clamp for use with an impact tool; the clamp having a nut for use with impact tools includes a screw on top, a safety handle, and a hole for carabiner clip. In use, a user adjusts the top screw to a length option desired, such that it doesn't slide onto object to be clamped. The clamp further comprises a grip on the safety handle. The clamp provides faster and more efficient use when using an impact tool.
Solid Surface Reinforcement System
A clamp for reinforcing a solid surface is disclosed and may be used with a top and bottom rail. The clamp has a top and bottom jaw, each with a channel constructed to receive and align the top and bottom rails respectively in a first and second direction, respectively. Each jaw has its own channel lip, shaft hole, and alignment pin hole. An alignment may be disposed of in the pin holes to inhibit to rotation of the jaws relative to each other. A shaft may be disposed of in the shaft holes, and the shaft may be at least partially threaded with a knob connected to the shaft. The clamp may have three configurations: (1) a locked configuration; (2) a sliding configuration and (3) a rail removal configuration. Multiple clamps may be used to construct a multidimensional frame to reinforce and support the solid surface.
Press tool systems and methods
A press tool employs a drive system that allows a first portion to be displaced relative to a second portion. A drive surface is supported by the second portion. A receiving member defines an engaging surface and a receiving cavity. The receiving member is supported by the first portion along a drive axis extending through the drive surface. Operation of the drive system displaces the drive surface relative to the receiving member.
QUICK GRIP POCKET HOLE JIG SYSTEM AND METHOD
A quick grip pocket hole jig system is presented having a support section having a clamp support, an end stop and a back stop. A clamping assembly is connected to the support section having a clamping rod that extends through the clamp support. A drill guide carrier having a drill guide assembly is connected to the clamping rod on a forward side of the clamp support. A clamp body having a trigger and a release mechanism is connected to the clamping rod on a rearward side of the clamp support. The clamp body is a quick grip clamp body that facilitates quick gripping of a workpiece positioned within the support section. The clamping assembly includes a return spring and a release mechanism such that when the release mechanism is actuated the drill guide carrier and the drill guide assembly are automatically moved to a non-clamping position.
APPARATUS FOR CIRCUMFERENTIAL SEPARATION OF TURBINE BLADES
Embodiments of the present disclosure can provide an apparatus for circumferentially separating turbine blades. An apparatus according to the present disclosure may include: a length-adjustable elongate member having opposing first and second ends; a first clasp coupled to the first end of the length-adjustable elongate member, the first clasp shaped to at least partially engage an airfoil profile of a first turbine blade positioned circumferentially adjacent to a dovetail slot, relative to a centerline axis of the turbomachine; and a second clasp coupled to the second end of the length-adjustable elongate member, the second clasp shaped to at least partially engage an airfoil profile of a second turbine blade circumferentially positioned adjacent to the dovetail slot, the first and second turbine blades being circumferentially adjacent to the dovetail slot at opposing circumferential ends thereof.
CONTAINER CLAMP ASSEMBLY
A clamping assembly comprises a body defining a retaining area and a coupling element. The body further includes a first leg having an adjustable engagement member and a second leg positioned at an angle less than 90 relative to a horizontal axis. A rod having a first end coupled to the at least one coupling element of the body. The rod is configured to drive the body in a direction toward the first leg in response to a force directed toward a second end of the rod.
Multifunction clamp and jack system with attachments for variously shaped workpieces
A multifunction clamp and jack system having a generally C-shaped main body with an elongate threaded rod with a top end configured to receive an open end wrench, a socket of a socket or ratchet wrench, a male square drive member of a ratchet wrench or a non-ratcheting breaker bar, the drive member of an electric or air impact wrench or a removable handle member, the bottom end of the threaded rod configured to receive selected workpiece engaging rotary attachments, the male square drive member of a ratchet wrench or electric or air impact wrench. The main body may be supported in an upright vertical position by front and rear base support members allowing it to be free standing. A plurality of interchangeable workpiece engaging attachments are provided for clamping, holding, or lifting variously shaped workpieces or objects.
DISMANTLING TOOL
A dismantling tool comprises a main body, a pushing mechanism, and an insertion hole. The pushing mechanism includes a driving portion and a pushing portion. The driving portion is located at the main body. The pushing element is movably screwed with the driving portion. The insertion hole is formed on the main body for a handtool to insert therein for engagement.
