Electric clamp apparatus
An electric clamp apparatus includes a body, a rotary drive unit which is driven rotatably by an electric signal, and a clamp arm disposed rotatably with respect to the body. By driving the rotary drive unit, a drive force is transmitted to the clamp arm through a drive force transmission mechanism, whereby the clamp arm is rotated via a link arm through a predetermined angle with respect to the body, and a workpiece is clamped between the clamp arm and a support member of the body. Further, rotational operation of the clamp arm is regulated by abutment of a sub-roller against an inclined portion of a displacement body.
Actuating device of the type provided with an actuating element and means for manually operating the actuating element
An actuating device comprising a housing inside of which an actuating element is provided, the actuating element being slidably displaceable along a first axis between a first operative position and a second non-operative position, the displacement between the first operative position and the second non-operative position defining the stroke of the actuating element; a manual operating element pivotably connected to the housing at a first pivoting axis and coupled to the actuating element through a linkage, so that the linkage produces a translation of the actuating element, upon rotation of the manual operating element; the linkage comprising at least one lever arm coupled to a respective driver member, wherein the driver member is guided and constrained into a respective blind seat provided on the actuating element, characterized in that the lever arm is slidably coupled to the driver member and the driver member is movably constrained into the blind seat.
Actuating device of the articulated lever or cam type for the precise positioning of a pivotable arm
An actuating device of the articulated lever or cam type having a body coupled to a sliding control piston, the piston coupled to an actuator movable along a piston axis and operatively coupled to a pivotable arm to pivot it about a first rotational axis upon a sliding movement of the actuator. The actuator has two relatively displaceable parts and one or more rotary elements having at least one mechanical coupling that acts on the first part of the actuator to transform a rotary control movement imparted on the at least one mechanical coupling about a second rotational axis transverse to the piston axis, into a relative displacement between the first part and the second part of the actuator along the piston axis to modify the length of the actuator.
Clamping and positioning device and operation method thereof
A clamping and positioning device includes a base, a rotary member, a moving assembly and an elastic member. The rotary member is rotatably disposed on the base and includes a stopping surface facing the base. The moving assembly includes a moving member movably disposed on the base to have a first and a second position. When being at the first position, the moving member is pressed against the rotary member to allow the stopping surface to apply a normal force to the base; when being at the second position, a gap is formed between the moving member and the rotary member so the normal force applied by the stopping surface of the rotary member is released from the base. The elastic member has two ends connected to the base and the moving member, respectively. The elastic member normally causes the moving member to be at the first position.

TOGGLE CLAMP DEVICE, IN PARTICULAR FOR USE IN VEHICLE BODY MANUFACTURING IN THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY
The invention relates to a toggle clamp device, in particular for use in vehicle body manufacturing in the automotive industry. The worldwide industry standard for the range of toggle clamps in the automotive industry contains the same technical data for the structural dimensions, clamping and retaining forces and cylinder diameters. Deviating from this standard while maintaining the technical data, according to the invention, smaller cylinder diameters are used which lead to a reduction in compressed air or energy consumption of between 25 to 60%.
