Actuating device
An actuating device has a linearly-movable fluidly operated piston drive (1). A pivot shaft (3) is movably, rotatably mounted in a housing (2). A lever arm (4) is connected with the pivot shaft (3) in a torsionally rigid manner. An adjustment mechanism (5) connects the piston drive (1) with the pivot shaft (3). A damping device (6) dampens movement of the lever arm (4). The damping device (6) is associated with the housing (2) and with the pivot shaft (3).
Actuating device
An actuating device has an actuating element connected in a rotationally-fixed manner to a shaft. The shaft is mounted so that it is rotatable in the housing. The actuating element is pivotable using a hand lever connected to the shaft. The hand lever is formed from an attachment element connected to the shaft and an elongated handle element fastened on the attachment element. The handle element is fastenable at different positions on a front side of the attachment element. The front side of the attachment element is oriented perpendicularly to a main axial direction of the shaft.
CLAMP APPARATUS
A clamp apparatus includes a support body that projects in a sideways direction of a body, together with a clamp arm, which is disposed rotatably in facing relation to the support body. On the support body, a support member, which extends in a horizontal direction, is disposed detachably with respect to a coupling hole of the body, whereas a connecting body, which interconnects a pair of arm members, is disposed detachably on an end of the clamp arm. A clamp release mechanism, which releases a clamped state when the clamp arm is locked, is disposed in the body, and is configured to press a joint of a driving force transmission mechanism that is accommodated in the body toward the side of a drive unit.
Method of Detecting the Current Phase of a Tensioning Curve and Electric Toggle Tensioner
A method of detecting the current phase of the tensioning curve of an electric toggle tensioner, wherein the electric toggle tensioner comprises an electric motor and an evaluation unit. The method comprises at least the following steps: measuring the angle of rotation of the electric motor and the current motor current of the electric motor; evaluating the angle of rotation and the motor current by means of the evaluation unit to obtain an evaluation result; and determining the current phase of the tensioning curve of the electric toggle tensioner based on the evaluation result. An electric toggle tensioner is furthermore described.
Unknown
The invention relates to a clamp for use in manufacturing automobile bodies for the automotive industry that is used to clamp and hold metal plate components in place. It is demonstrated how a parallel movement of a pivotal clamping lever is defined with just one component, using simple means.
ACTUATING DEVICE OF THE TYPE PROVIDED WITH AN ACTUATING ELEMENT AND MEANS FOR MANUALLY OPERATING THE ACTUATING ELEMENT
An actuating device comprising a housing inside of which an actuating element is provided, the actuating element being slidably displaceable along a first axis between a first operative position and a second non-operative position, the displacement between the first operative position and the second non-operative position defining the stroke of the actuating element; a manual operating element pivotably connected to the housing at a first pivoting axis and coupled to the actuating element through a linkage, so that the linkage produces a translation of the actuating element, upon rotation of the manual operating element; the linkage comprising at least one lever arm coupled to a respective driver member, wherein the driver member is guided and constrained into a respective blind seat provided on the actuating element, characterized in that the lever arm is slidably coupled to the driver member and the driver member is movably constrained into the blind seat.
Fixation arrangement adapted to releasably fix a wind turbine tower segment to a support of a transport vessel
Fixation arrangement adapted to releasably fix a wind turbine tower segment (4) to a support (3) of a transport vessel (20), comprising at least two fixation means (2), wherein each fixation means (2) comprises a base member (6) fixed or to be fixed to the support (3), a lever arm (8) connected to the base member (2) and pivotable around a pivot axis (9), and a tensioning means (13) for clamping the lever arm (8) with a clamping section (10) against the tower segment (4), wherein the tensioning means (13) comprises at least one tensioning element (14) supported relative to the base member (6) and movable from a non-clamping position in a clamping position and back, wherein the tensioning element (14) directly or indirectly interacts with the lever arm (8) which is pivoted into a clamping engagement of the clamping section (10) with the tower segment (4) when the tensioning element (14) moves from a non-clamping position into a clamping position and which is released when the tensioning element (14) moves back to the non-clamping position.
