A fast rotation structure of wrench and wrench thereof are provided. The rotation structure includes a seat connected with the ratchet head of the wrench. The seat has a first pivot connection portion which is pivotally connected with a second pivot connection portion of a rocker arm, such that the rocker arm sways between a folding position and a driving position. At the folding position, the rocker arm is combined with the seat. At the driving position, the rocker arm protrudes from one side of the seat, so as to drive the seat to rotate from an outer side of the seat. Therefore, the ratchet head is able to efficiently rotate.

An electric ratchet wrench as one example of the ratchet wrench includes an electric motor, a holder that rotatably holds a socket via a one-way clutch mechanism, and a spindle configured to convert a driving force from the motor into a reciprocating rotation motion of the holder. A space is provided between the socket and the holder. The space includes large interval portions and small interval portions. The small interval portions are adjacent to the large interval portions in a rotation direction (lock direction) of the socket and have distances smaller than distances of the large interval portions. Additionally, the one-way clutch mechanism includes columnar locking pins disposed between the spaces and have a diameter with a size equal to or less than the distances of the large interval portions and exceeding the distances of the small interval portions.

The ratchet 1 is designed such that the flexible clutch ring 500 forms the mid part of an extremely strong laminate like housing 200 structure, under torque conditions the resultant compression forces applied to the clutch ring 500 are substantially dissipated around its circumference 507 and inner surface 508, this inward force clamping upon the inherently strong drive outer surface 405. The resultant pseudo laminate like construction of the drive 400, clutch 500 and housing 201, 202 enables a proportionately far stronger reduced width ratchet 1.

Locking Clutch Ratchet Wrenches

A locking clutch ratchet wrench (1) is configured such that a clutch ring (500) forms the mid part of aminate like structure. Under torque applying conditions, the compression forces applied to the clutch ring (500) are substantially dissipated around the circumference (507) of the clutch ring. This inwardly directed force clamp against the inherently strong outer surface 405 of the drive element (400). The resultant pseudo laminate structure of the drive element (400), clutch (500) and housing (201, 202) enables the construction of a proportionately stronger ratchet wrench of reduced height or width.

Spiral ratchet driver with a crank and slider mechanism

A spiral ratchet driver with crank and slider mechanism comprises a spiral ratchet driver having a shank housing, a journal having a hole, connected to the shank housing by a screw, a ratchet mechanism assembly connected adjacent to the journal, a shank received in the shank housing and the ratchet mechanism assembly, a spindle having a spindle bearing connecting the second end of the shank to a chuck or a square drive, a lever connecting bar connected to the hole of the journal by means of a first rivet, a lever having a lever handle cushion grip, rotatably connected with the lever connecting bar, a handle bar having a handle bar grip on a free end, connected with the lever below the handle grip and connected with the spindle from a fixed end, a journal housing covering the journal, is connected with the handle bar and four or more bearing slides disposed between journal and the journal housing.

Ratchet mechanism for tool

A ratcheting tool is provided. The ratcheting tool includes a ratchet mechanism including a gear structure and a pawl structure. The pawl structure includes at least one elastic or integral component that provides spring action/biasing to the pawl teeth which facilitates ratcheting movement.

Stop wrenches and adaptors for stop valves

A stop wrench is provided and includes a handle receiver and a base. The handle receiver includes an outer wall and a back plate. The handle receiver is configured to receive a handle of a first stop valve within the outer wall. The handle abuts the back plate when fully in the handle receiver. The base is attached to the handle receiver and extends from the back plate. The base is configured to be rotated via a tool. Rotation of the base rotates the handle receiver, which in turn rotates the handle to open or close the first stop valve.

REVERSIBLE WRENCH
