Box end ratchet wrench with reduced ratcheting arc
A reduced arc box end ratchet wrench or ratchet drive wrench utilizes a multiple pawl ratchet assembly comprised of a body having an insert cavity to enclose critical components of an insert that is secured within the ratchet assembly. The insert is set into the wrench body and includes a plurality of pivoting pawls. Each pawl comprises a lever arm with ratchet engaging teeth. The pawl arms are positioned relative to the ratchet wheel to create “pawl swing arcs” and “reduced ratcheting arcs” to alternately or successively engage a portion of the teeth of a ratchet wheel at all times. This configuration allows smaller degrees between ratchet teeth and a smaller wrench rotation that is otherwise required to apply torque.
Ratchet wrench
A ratchet wrench is provided, including a main body, a lever member, a ratchet head, a switch assembly and a cover assembly. The cover assembly includes a lid member and a positioning member. The positioning member is embedded within a grooved portion of the main body so that the lid member is positioned to the main body. A surface of the lid member is flush with a surface of the main body.
Torque structure
A torque structure includes a first body provided with a receiving recess, a second body pivotally connected with the first body, a first elastic member received in the second body, a retaining unit including a mounting seat provided with a first threaded portion and a plurality of first through holes, a first adjusting member provided with a head, a positioning seat provided with a plurality of second through holes, and a locking unit including a plurality of first locking members, a second locking member, a plurality of third locking members, a fourth locking member, a fastening member, and a second adjusting member. The fastening member is provided with a fitting portion connected with the first body. The fastening member is provided with a third threaded portion. The second adjusting member is provided with a fourth threaded portion screwed into the third threaded portion.
Pushing Lever Structure of Ratchet Wrench
A pushing lever structure of a ratchet wrench is provided. The ratchet wrench has a head portion. A ratchet gear, a toothed element, and a pushing lever are mounted in a receiving space of the head portion. A rear peripheral surface portion of the toothed element is provided with a recess. A pushing block extending forward from the pushing lever extends into the recess of the toothed element. When rotated, the pushing lever can move the toothed element effectively because it is the pushing block of the pushing lever that drives the toothed element into displacement. The bottom side of the head portion is mounted with a cover plate, and the bottom end of the pushing lever is pivotally provided on the cover plate to enhance the rotation stability of the pushing lever.
TOOL FOR BONE IMPLANT
A tool for a bone implant includes a rod and an adaptor. The rod includes a coupling portion having a through-hole. The rod further includes a measuring arm connected to the coupling portion and a force applying arm connected to the coupling portion. The measuring arm includes a first extension section having a first indicator portion, and the force applying arm includes a second extension section having a second indicator portion. The force applying arm is elastically deformable away from the measuring arm to displace the second extension section relative to the first extension section. The adaptor is coupled in the through-hole and includes an outer ring and an inner ring. The outer ring is rotatable relative to the inner ring in a single direction.
Ratchet wrench
An electric ratchet wrench as one example of the ratchet wrench includes an electric motor, a holder that rotatably holds a socket via a one-way clutch mechanism, and a spindle configured to convert a driving force from the motor into a reciprocating rotation motion of the holder. A space is provided between the socket and the holder. The space includes large interval portions and small interval portions. The small interval portions are adjacent to the large interval portions in a rotation direction (lock direction) of the socket and have distances smaller than distances of the large interval portions. Additionally, the one-way clutch mechanism includes columnar locking pins disposed between the spaces and have a diameter with a size equal to or less than the distances of the large interval portions and exceeding the distances of the small interval portions.
INDEXABLE WRENCH
An indexable wrench includes a first member, a second member and a pivotal member. The first member has a first pivotal lug. The second member has a second pivotal lug and a third pivotal lug. The second pivotal lug includes a first engaging portion and a limiting groove, and a limiting member is arranged in the limiting groove. The pivotal member is movably inserted through the first pivotal lug, the second pivotal lug and the third pivotal lug to movable between a locked position and an unlocked position. The pivotal member includes a second engaging portion engageable with the first engaging portion, a first positioning groove and a second positioning groove engageable with the limiting member.
Flex-head tool
A flex-head tool includes a first portion pivotally coupled to a second portion. A pivot mechanism is engaged with the first and the second portions. The pivot mechanism is movable between a first position in which the first portion is fixedly positioned with respect to the second portion, and a second position in which the first portion is pivotal with relative to the second portion. The pivot mechanism includes a toothed first engaging portion engageable with teeth of pivot holes of the first and the second portions simultaneously and not simultaneously selectively and a second engaging portion connected with a pivot hole and in surface-to-surface contact.
Socket and wrench therefor
An assembly of a wrench and a socket. The wrench has a penetrating driving hole, which has a retaining ring mounted therein. The socket, having a front end and a tail end, comprises a socketing portion axially extended between the front end and the tail end thereof for driving a fastening element. The socket comprises a retaining portion formed on the periphery thereof. The retaining portion has a retaining groove arranged at retaining corners radially indented for matching the retaining ring. The retaining groove is positioned between the front end and the tail end. The retaining portion further has a buffer groove formed between the retaining groove and the front end, so as to allow the buffer groove to successively provide a buffer or damping effect with the retaining ring when the retaining groove is decoupled from the retaining ring. Accordingly, the user is allowed to control his/her force more easily and improves the operational safety for the process of pulling out of the socket.
Multi-size wrench and a shifting device applied thereto
A shifting device includes a sleeve module and a shifting member movably disposed in the sleeve module. The sleeve module has a through hole. The through hole is divided into a first hole region, a buffering region, and a second hole region. The shifting member includes a third operating section and a fourth operating section. The shifting member is movable between a first position and a second position. The fourth operating section of the shifting member is situated in the buffering region when the shifting member assumes the first position, and the second hole region and the third working hole are adapted to turn a fastening member. The third operating section of the shifting member is situated in the buffering region when the shifting member assumes the second position, and the first hole region and the fourth working hole are adapted to turn the fastening member.
