The sheath can include a frame, a spring-loaded bit driver pivotally connected to the frame, a release lever structured and configured to engage with the spring-loaded bit driver to releasably lock the bit driver in place, and bit set storage, wherein the bit set storage is inset in the frame and is structured and configured to house a plurality of bits.

A multifunction money clip includes a first plate and a second plate connected to the first plate via a plurality of connectors at the corners of the first and second plate, the first and second plate forming an internal area. The multifunction money clip further includes a plurality of tools each rotationally connected to the first and second plate via one of the plurality of connectors, the plurality of tools located in the internal area when retracted. A tool bit includes a hexagonal drive portion, a working end, and a shank interconnecting the drive portion and the working end. The shank includes an outer peripheral surface. The outer peripheral surface tapers an entire length of at least one of the shank and the working end in a direction away from the drive portion.

A tool bit includes a drive portion configured to be engaged by a tool, the drive portion including a first maximum outer dimension, a shank extending from the drive portion and including a reduced outer diameter, and a tip coupled to an end of the shank opposite from the drive portion. The tip includes a compressive residual stress layer formed by blasting to increase a wear resistance of the tip relative to the shank. The tip additionally includes a second maximum outer dimension. The reduced outer diameter of the shank is smaller than the first maximum outer dimension of the drive portion and the second maximum outer dimension of the tip.

A hex lobular headed bit and socket for efficient torque force application having a hex lobular shaped head and multiple engagement fins each with contoured fastener engagement surface channels defining pairs of omni-directional alternating first and second fastener engagement resistant points. The contoured first fastener engagement channels on the apex of the fins engages the fasteners displacing material imparting enhanced grip while the second engagement channel defines additional surface contact point to prevent slippage therebetween.

A driver for threaded fasteners has helical blades with engagement surfaces on one side and teeth on an opposite side. The engagement surfaces engage surfaces within the recesses in the fastener head to drive the fastener when the driver is rotated in a first direction. The teeth engage the fastener head when the driver is rotated in an opposite direction to remove the fastener.

An interchangeable finger insert system for a bowling ball is provided. An inner sleeve has a cylindrical opening defined at a top end. A base encloses a bottom end of the inner sleeve. A fastener-head feature is defined in the base and accessible through the cylindrical opening. An engagement feature is formed along an exterior surface and configured to allow the inner sleeve to be rotationally inserted into an internal bore. A fastening tool with an elongated shaft and a locking feature defined at a distal end of the shaft is provided. The locking feature shaped to engage the fastener-head feature defined on the inner sleeve. The locking feature of the fastening tool engages the fastener-head feature on the inner sleeve, and rotation of the fastening tool is configured to rotate the inner sleeve into the internal bore thereby locking the inner sleeve in the bowling ball.

A provisional engagement feature for selectively connecting a fastener such as a screw to a driving tool, the fastener incorporating a head with a recess extending therein and a projection contained within the recess for engagement with a corresponding engagement feature and/or selective locking feature of the driving tool.
