A screwdriver comprises a handle including a butt and a shank extending from the handle and including a tip. The butt includes a first indicating element having a shape corresponding to the tip and a plurality of second indicating elements arranged around the first indicating element. Each of the second indicating elements has the shape.

A device for driving a fastener has a shaft and a driving portion formed on an end of the shaft. The driving portion is provided with one of a slot and a channel for securely holding a force applying member formed from a resilient material. When a tip of the driving member is positioned within a tip receiving portion tip portion of the fastener, a surface of the force applying member which faces towards the head of the fastener will frictionally engage with the head portion of the fastener to prevent the driving portion from slipping from the fastener.

A housing element for a writing instrument includes a hollow, sleeve-shaped, elongated base body having an opening for receiving the writing instrument or a pencil lead of the writing instrument at a first longitudinal end. The base body has a second longitudinal end, which is opposite the first longitudinal end, and has a retaining recess that is formed with a polygonal cross section for directly or indirectly retaining a bit in a rotationally fixed manner. A multi-tool includes a keyshaped body, the keyshaped body having a key like shape and a standard key size. The keyshaped body includes a rounded end, the rounded end including a aperture for a key chain and a textured surface configured to provide grip to the hand of a user. A screwdriver device including a handle having an elongate channel extending partially therethrough of the handle and an axial blade member having a first distal end and a second distal end being configured and disposed for sliding through the elongate channel of the handle and a locking mechanism configured and disposed for releasably locking the axial blade member at a first operable position relative to the handle wherein the first distal end is exposed and the second distal end is disposed within the handle. The screwdriver device further includes a first tool head disposed on the first distal end of the blade member and a second tool head disposed on the second distal end of the blade member and an ejection mechanism configured and disposed within the handle to constantly urge the axial blade member out of the locking mechanism from the first operable position to a second inoperable position.

A universal tool which can be a screwdriver, wrench, pliers, or any other tool. The tool can operate on an object (e.g., a screw, bolt, etc.) of any shape because of a set of pins that can mold to match a shape of the object. For example, a same universal screwdriver has pegs which mold themselves to match a shape of a slotted screw head or mold themselves to match a shape of a philips screw head. A user of the universal screwdriver can then turn such screw by turning the universal screwdriver in a standard fashion. When the universal screwdriver is removed from the object, then the pegs automatically revert themselves to a default position so a different shaped screw head can then be operated on.

A screwdriver tip structure includes a main body provided with an operation end. The operation end is provided with multiple first working sections and multiple second working sections. Each of the first working sections has a convex shape. Each of the second working sections has a concave shape. Each of the first working sections is provided with multiple grooves. A hand tool comprises a handle having a central area having a lower end and an upper end and a pair of outwardly extending arms at the upper end, and a shaft having a fixed end connected to the lower end of the central area and an open opposite end for receiving a tool bit. The body portion further includes a wrench portion, the wrench portion located in a portion of the carabineer portion, the wrench portion including a first aperture sized to receive a nut.
