The body portion having a spherical-shaped cavity disposed therein. The hex tool also includes a handle with a ball end and a primary handle portion. The ball end disposed in the spherical-shaped cavity to provide the hex tool a significant range of motion during use. Another type of hex tool having a hex head having a hex cavity for engaging a hex head bolt. The hex head also having a body portion extending from the hex cavity. The body portion having a spherical-shaped cavity disposed therein. The hex tool also including a handle with a ball end and a primary handle portion. The ball end disposed in the spherical-shaped cavity to provide the hex tool a significant range of motion during use.
NUT DRIVER TOOL
A nut driver includes an elongate drive shank and a reversible socket. The socket has a first hex socket opening sized to engage a hexagonal profile of a first size, and a second hex socket opening sized to engage a hexagonal profile of a second size that is larger than the first size. The socket is mountable on the drive shank in either a first orientation that presents the first hex socket opening for use, or a second orientation that presents the second hex socket opening for use. Additionally, in the first orientation, the socket is mountable in either a screw head receiving position or a drive bit receiving position.
SURGICAL SCREWDRIVER
Various implementations include a surgical screwdriver that comprises a first rotating shaft configured to be rotated about a respective longitudinal axis, a second rotating shaft extending along a respective development axis transverse to the longitudinal axis of the first shaft and having a shaped end tip that can be inserted into the head of a screw, and a transmission member interposed between respective first ends of the shafts to transfer the rotation from the first shaft to the second shaft. The transmission member comprises a pair of hemispherical elements, hinged together about a respective junction axis that is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the first shaft, and each hemispherical element is in turn hinged to a first end of one of said shafts.
FIREARM MULTI-TOOL AND SHEATH
A firearm multi-tool and sheath can include a multi-tool having a plurality of tools that are pivotally connected to a frame of the multi-tool; and a sheath for storing the multi-tool. The sheath can include a frame, a spring-loaded bit driver pivotally connected to the frame, a release lever structured and configured to engage with the spring-loaded bit driver to releasably lock the bit driver in place, and bit set storage, wherein the bit set storage is inset in the frame and is structured and configured to house a plurality of bits.
Fastener extractor device
A fastener extractor device for removing seized fasteners and aiding in disengaging the extractor device from said seized fastener afterwards. The extractor device includes a shank body, a drive head, a torque-tool body, a tubular sleeve, an external thread, and an internal thread. The torque-tool body includes a plurality of laterally-bracing sidewalls and an at least one engagement feature. The engagement feature is integrated into a specific sidewall to bite into a sized fastener. The drive head is terminally and concentrically connected to the shank body to receive an external torque tool. The torque-tool body is terminally and concentrically connected to the shank body, opposite the drive head. The tubular sleeve is slidably engaged along the shank body through the internal thread and the external thread to physically disengaged the torque-tool body from a seized fastener.
CUP HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT TOOL
The present disclosure relates to a tool and, more particularly, to cup height adjustment tool and method of use. The tool includes: a first wrench comprising a handle, a shank portion and an opening extending through the handle and the shank portion; and a second wrench having a handle and a shank portion, the shank portion of the second wrench extending through the opening of the first wrench such that a tip of the shank portion of the second wrench extends beyond the shank portion of the first wrench.
METHOD FOR CONNECTING TWO COMPONENTS FOR CONJOINT ROTATION
A method for connecting a screw and a rotary tool in a rotationally fixed manner, wherein the drive surfaces of the driving profiles have a constant inclination relative to their profile axis, which is the same for all drive surfaces of both components. In the component with the outer driving profile, the drive surfaces are all concave or all convex, and in the component with the inner driving profile, the drive surfaces are curved complementary to the drive surfaces of the outer driving profile, in such a way that, in the plugged-together state, the drive surfaces of the two components, viewed in the circumferential direction, come into surface contact/engagement with one another on both sides of the apex of the concave/convex curvature. The driving profiles are designed in such a way that they do not come into contact with each other in the transition regions located between the drive surfaces.
ROOF RACK INSTALLATION TOOL
An adapter assembly configured to install a roof rack accessory to a vehicle is provided. The roof rack accessory may include a vehicle attachment assembly having a fastener and a locking mechanism. In particular, the adapter assembly may comprise a wrench, an adapter, and a driving sleeve. The adapter engaging with the wrench includes an adapter body that includes first and second engagement portions and a driving post that engages the fastener of the vehicle attachment assembly. The driving sleeve may be engageable with the adapter, wherein the locking mechanism of the vehicle attachment assembly is engaged with the driving sleeve while the fastener of the vehicle attachment assembly is engaged with the adapter.
SCREWDRIVER FOR THREADED PLUG AND TIGHTENING DEVICE
A screwdriver device for a threaded plug includes a structure which extends along an axis and includes a head and a shank connected to a first end of the head, wherein the head has a second end which opens onto a cavity suitable for containing a head of a plug, wherein along the axis the cavity includes at least a first portion having a lateral surface which has a first profile and at least a second portion having a lateral surface which has a second profile which is not coincident with the first profile.
Selectively adjustable torque indicating tool
A selectively adjustable torque indicating tool is provided for rotating a mechanical fastener to a predetermined torque setting. The tool includes a pair of supports and a tool bit positioned between the pair of supports and engageable with a mechanical fastener such that when the tool bit, a rotational force is imparted on the mechanical fastener. A spring is coupled to the pair of supports, and operatively coupled to the tool bit. The spring includes a first end portion movable relative to the pair of supports between a neutral position and a torqued position in response to the rotational force being imparted on the mechanical fastener by the tool bit. An adjuster is coupled to the spring to adjust a stiffness of the spring such that movement of the first end portion of the spring from the neutral position to the torqued position corresponds to a predefined rotational force.
