SCREW FEEDING DEVICE
20250326095 · 2025-10-23 ·

The present invention provides a screw feeding device including a nozzle assembly, a quick-release assembly, and a screw feeder body. The quick-release assembly is mounted on the nozzle assembly to allow it to be removably attached to the screw feeder body. The assembly includes a seat body, a pushing member, and an elastic member. The pushing member is movably placed in a sliding slot of the seat body and has a limiting groove with a tapered width. The elastic member is positioned in the limiting groove and has two linkage portions extending wider in the opposite direction. Each linkage portion is provided with a fixing pin, which are elastically positioned within a groove of a housing of the screw feeder body. When the pushing member moves relative to the elastic member, the elastic member deforms, causing the fixing pins to move closer and detach from the screw feeder body.

A fastening tool includes: a bit holding portion which detachably holds a driver bit and is configured to rotate in a circumferential direction of the driver bit and move in an axial direction of the driver bit; a motor configured to perform at least one of rotation of the bit holding portion and movement of the bit holding portion along the axial direction; a contact member which contacts a fastening target and is configured to move in the axial direction; a control unit configured to control a timing at which driving of the motor is stopped based on a movement amount of the contact member in the axial direction when the contact member contacts the fastening target; a contact arm which is movable in the axial direction in conjunction with the contact member; and a position detection unit configured to detect a position of the contact arm.

AUTOFEED SCREWDRIVER

A clutchless autofeed screwdriving tool designed to prevent overdriving screws into a workpiece. A user positions the tool onto a workpiece and presses down on a nosepiece, which then retracts a slide body inside the tool. The tool includes a sensor that, when contacted by a rear portion of the slide body, sends a first signal to a controller to stop a motor. Once the motor stops, a drive bit also stops rotating, thereby preventing overdriving a screw into a workpiece. The user then removes the tool from the workpiece, and the slide body automatically extends. When the slide body moves out of contact with the sensor, the sensor sends a second signal to the controller to start the motor, which then starts the drive bit rotating again.

There is provided a driving tool driven by air pressure of compressed air. The driving tool includes: a driving cylinder to which compressed air is supplied; a driving piston configured to move in an up-down direction inside the driving cylinder by the supplied compressed air; a driver attached to the driving piston and configured to move in the up-down direction; and a guide portion provided on a lower side of the driving cylinder. The guide portion has a guide hole through which the driver passes and an exhaust hole that allows an inside of the driving cylinder to communicate with an outside of the driving tool. The exhaust hole is provided at a position separated outward from an inner peripheral surface of the guide hole.
