FASTENING TOOL
A fastening tool includes: a screw accommodating unit configured to accommodate therein a screw; and a screw feeding unit configured to feed the screw accommodated in the screw accommodating unit to an ejection passage through which a driver bit is to pass. The screw feeding unit includes: a screw feeding motor, an engaging part configured to engage with the screw, and a screw feeding transmission part configured to transmit a drive force of the screw feeding motor to the engaging part.
FASTENING TOOL
A fastening tool includes: a nose unit configured to eject a screw to a fastening target and provided on a front side of a tool body extending in one direction along a moving direction of a driver bit to be engaged with the screw. The nose unit includes: an ejection passage to which the screw is supplied and through which the driver bit passes, and a contact member configured to come into contact with the fastening target. The ejection passage and the contact member are integrally assembled and the nose unit is detachably attached to the tool body.
FASTENING TOOL
A fastening tool includes: a cylindrical rotation guide member extending in one direction and rotatably supported; a holding member having an opening in which a driver bit is detachably inserted, and configured to move in an axis direction along the extension direction of the rotation guide member inside the rotation guide member and to rotate together with the rotation guide member; and a moving member configured to move the holding member in a front and rear direction along the rotation guide member; a rotation member; and a transmission member connected to the moving member and having flexibility to be wound along an outer periphery of the rotation member. The rotation member is rotated by the motor, so that the moving member is moved with the transmission member in one direction in which a screw engaged with the driver bit is pressed against a fastening target.
TENSION FED FASTENER INSTALLATION TOOL AND RELATED METHODS OF USE
An installation tool and related methods are provided. The tool can pull a strip of collated fasteners along a collated fastener path to a guide, where individual fasteners are sequentially separated from the strip and advanced into a workpiece. The tool can include a tension feeder located downstream of the guide. The tension feeder is configured to apply tension to the strip between the guide and a leading end of the strip. The tool can include a driveshaft configured to attach to a conventional drive tool chuck or a drive tool having hexagonal type drive components. The guide can be one piece and replaceable, with a guide body and a guide head. A strip slot can be defined in the same to align a fastener head with a backstop and facilitate entry of a fastener shank in a feed slot. Related methods of use are provided.
Automatic screw driver with screw cartridge
An implant magazine for use with a driver includes a plurality of implants, an implant carrier defining a plurality of apertures, each implant of the plurality of implants being disposed within an aperture of the plurality of apertures, wherein an implant is disengaged from the implant carrier upon application of a predetermined force applied to the implant, and a base defining a cavity in which the implant carrier and the plurality of implants are disposed. A cartridge for use with a driver includes the implant magazine, a housing in which the implant magazine is disposed, and a blade having a longitudinal axis and being at least partially and rotatably disposed within the housing. A kit includes a driver, a motor, and the cartridge configured for cooperation with the driver to be operated by the motor. A method of using the driver includes inserting an implant into a medium.
Autofeed screwdriver attachment with twist collar to activate movable plates for latching to screw gun
An autofeed attachment designed for mounting to a manual-feed screwgun that has a recessed channel on the exterior surface near a protruding flange. The autofeed attachment has at least one movable plate that is forced inward by a ramp structure on the interior surface of a rotatable collar. When the collar is rotated in a predetermined direction, the ramp surface acts to force the movable plate toward the interior, until that movable plate comes into contact into the recessed channel on the screwgun. Once that has occurred, the autofeed attachment will now be locked into place into that recessed channel and behind a protruding flange of the screwgun. The movable plate(s) is positioned between two retainer structures that are spaced-apart from one another, and create a gap through with the at least one movable plate can move during the locking, and later unlocking operations, by twisting the rotatable collar.
FASTENER INSTALLATION SYSTEMS, DEVICES, METHODS AND KITS
Fastener installation systems, devices and methods for driving fasteners, including fasteners, into a surface are disclosed. The fastener installation systems include an adapter operable to engage a chuck on a power tool on a first end and a fastener delivery attachment on an opposing end.
POWER TOOL
A power tool includes an illuminating portion as an indicator with improved viewability. A screwdriver includes a motor, an output unit driven by the motor, a housing accommodating the motor and including a grip and a battery mount below the grip, a switch held on the grip, a control circuit board accommodated in the battery mount, and a light emitter on an upper surface of the control circuit board. The batter mount has an upper surface with a first hole located in a left area or a right area of the upper surface. The light emitter emits light viewable through the first hole.
Screw feeding/fastening unit of continuous screw fastening device
The present invention provides a screw feeding/fastening unit of a continuous screw fastening device which enables assuredly pulling screws out of a screw strip in tandem with a screw fastening operation even in case of using the screws each of which has, e.g., a flat shape below its head portion. A screw feeding/fastening device of a continuous screw fastening device according to the present invention is a screw feeding/fastening unit 1 of a continuous screw fastening device which fastens screws 4, and it is configured to include a screw strip binding piece unbinding section 51 which supports a screw strip guide unit 2 to be rotatable in a direction orthogonal to a longitudinal direction of a bit by a shaft body 53 provided at a position before a feed case 22 in a feeder unit 21 and to be restorable to its original position by a spring 54, has on the screw strip guide unit a turning receiver 6 which abuts on a part of a slide frame and receives turning force at the time of a slide operation of the slide frame 31 toward the screw strip guide unit, and turns the screw strip guide unit together with the turning receiver around the shaft body as a spindle in a direction along which a tip side gets away from a screw at the fastening acting position to impart unbinding force to a screw strip binding piece 3a at the time of fastening the screw.
