Autoloading screwdriver apparatus
An autoloading screwdriver apparatus is provided which includes a base; a screw cartridge received by the base; a driver supported within the base that is selectively engageable with a screw of the screw cartridge by manually displacing the driver toward a working end of the autoloading screwdriver apparatus; and a handle grip movably coupled to the base and configured to be manually displaced in a longitudinal direction toward the working end of the autoloading screwdriver apparatus to move the driver into engagement with the screw and to displace the screw to the working end of the autoloading screwdriver apparatus for presenting the screw to be screwed into a target substrate. The autoloading screwdriver apparatus may further include a control element manipulable by a user to activate rotational movement of the driver to drive the screw into the target substrate.
DEVICE FOR SUPPLYING BOLT
Disclosed is a device for supplying bolts having an improved bolt supply mechanism so as to enhance work speed and productivity as well as to prevent various interferences and troubles caused by driving a robot. The device for supplying bolts comprises a rotary magazine that indexes a plurality of bolts; and a nut runner having a driving bit that picks up a bolt in the rotary magazine one by one and performs a driving operation, wherein the rotary magazine has a turret that houses a plurality of bolts in a circumferential direction and positions a bolt in the nut runner by rotation.

FASTENING TOOL
A fastening tool includes a bit holding portion configured to hold a driver bit engageable with a screw and rotatable in a circumferential direction of the driver bit and movable in an axial direction of the driver bit, a motor configured to move the bit holding portion in the axial direction, a controller configured to control output of the motor to control a movement speed of the bit holding portion in the axial direction, and a motor state detector configured to detect a state of the motor. The controller is configured to control the movement speed of the bit holding portion based on the state of the motor when the screw engaged with the driver bit is fastened to a fastening target.

The controller is configured to control the movement speed of the bit holding portion based on the state of the motor when the screw engaged with the driver bit is fastened to a fastening target.
FASTENING TOOL
A fastening tool includes a bit holding portion configured to detachably hold a driver bit and rotatable in a circumferential direction and movable in an axial direction, a first motor configured to rotate the bit holding portion, a position detector configured to detect a position of the bit holding portion along the axial direction, and a controller configured to drive the first motor to rotate the bit holding portion. The controller is configured to determine, based on the position of the bit holding portion, whether the bit holding portion moves to a forward movement end position and to stop the rotation of the first motor in a case where the bit holding portion does not reach the forward movement end position and a stop condition of the first motor is satisfied.
Screw Magazine and Collating Screws
A screw magazine having a loading end for receiving a collated strip of screws. The magazine includes a pusher that urges screws of a collated strip toward a discharge end of the magazine. A bit opening at a top and at the discharge end of the magazine is configured to receive a drive bit for driving the at least one screw through a discharge opening at a bottom of the magazine body. Also provided is a collated scrip of screws including a plurality of screws coupled to a rigid support configured to be held in a hand of a single user to allow driving of the screws with the other hand.
FASTENING TOOL
A fastening tool includes a bit holding portion configured to hold a driver bit engageable with a screw and that is rotatable in a circumferential direction and movable in an axial direction of the driver bit, a motor configured to rotate the bit holding portion, a controller configured to control the motor, and a detector configured to detect a state of the motor. In a state where the screw engaged with the driver bit is fastened to a fastening target, the controller determines whether the driver bit and the screw are disengaged based on the state of the motor detected by the detector and stops the rotation of the motor in a case where the controller determines that the driver bit and the screw are disengaged.
FASTENING TOOL
A fastening tool includes: a bit holding portion which detachably holds a driver bit and is configured to rotate in a circumferential direction of the driver bit and move in an axial direction of the driver bit; a first motor configured to rotate the bit holding portion; a second motor configured to move the bit holding portion along the axial direction; and a control unit configured to control a position of the bit holding portion along the axial direction by the number of rotations of the second motor. The control unit is configured to control a moving speed of a screw moved by rotation of the first motor or a rotation speed of the first motor.
