Pneumatic tool air motor with integrated air pressure indicator
A pneumatic tool includes, but is not limited to, an air motor cylinder defining an interior configured to receive an air motor and further defining an inlet configured to receive pressurized air to supply to the air motor; a tool handle defining a source fluid passageway fluidically coupled between the inlet and an air inlet configured to receive pressurized air, the source fluid passageway configured to direct a first portion of pressurized air received by the inlet to the inlet of the air motor cylinder; an air pressure indicator coupled to the air motor cylinder and configured to provide an indication of a dynamic air pressure of the pneumatic tool; and an indicator fluid passageway fluidically coupled between the air pressure indicator and the source fluid passageway, the indicator fluid passageway configured to divert a second portion of pressurized air received by the air inlet to the air pressure indicator.
IMPACT TORQUE GENERATOR FOR HYDRAULIC POWER WRENCH
An impact torque generator for hydraulic torque wrench not requiring the blade always pushed toward the outer periphery direction of the main shaft by spring, which is small, simple in structure, and durable, featuring small sliding resistance, good energy efficiency, less temperature rise of the hydraulic fluid and stable output. Two sealing surfaces and of the liner are formed at the position of 180 degree rotational symmetry, and when the sealing surfaces of the liner and one sealing surface of each driving blade coincide, the other sealing surface slides in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the cavity to seal, thereby the inside of the liner is divided into high-pressure room and low-pressure room by the driving blades so as to generate impact torque on the main shaft.
Impact or Impulse Wrench and Method for Screwing in a Screw
The invention relates to an impact or impulse wrench having a drive motor and an output shaft, an impact or impulse unit being located between the drive motor and the output shaft, and the wrench having a back stop mechanism that cooperates with the output shaft in order to prevent, at least to some extent, reverse rotation of the output shaft.
PNEUMATIC IMPULSE WRENCH WITH POWER CONTROL MEANS
A pneumatic impulse wrench includes a housing with a motor powered impulse unit, a pressure air inlet passage, an exhaust air outlet passage located in the housing and connected to the motor, and a motor power controlling valve mechanism located in the exhaust air outlet passage for automatic control of the exhaust air flow from the motor. A control pressure passage extends between the air inlet passage and the valve mechanism for communicating actual air inlet pressure to the valve mechanism. An operating mode shifting valve is provided in the housing and which is shiftable between an open position in which communication is allowed through the control pressure passage in an automatic valve mechanism operating mode, and a closed position in which communication through the control pressure passage is blocked in a manual valve mechanism operating mode.
Method for diagnosing a torque impulse generator
A method for diagnosing a torque impulse generator which includes a rotational input portion, a torque output portion, an oil reservoir and a torque generating arrangement converting rotation of the input portion to torque impulses at the torque output portion, the method includes: detecting an acoustic signal from the torque impulse generator while generating torque impulses, extracting the frequency of torque impulses from the acoustic signal, and diagnosing the torque impulse generator based on the frequency of torque impulses, to indicate the level of oil in the oil reservoir.
POWER ROTARY TOOL AND IMPACT POWER TOOL
A rotary power tool, such as an oil pulse driver, includes: a motor, a pinion rotated by the motor, planet gears that mesh with the pinion, an internal gear that meshes with the planet gears and a shaft that is rotationally driven by the planet gears and disposed frontward of the planet gears. The internal gear comprises an internal gear part and an internal gear retaining part for holding the internal gear part. An oil unit bearing is disposed frontward of the internal gear part, and the oil unit bearing is held at a front part of the internal gear retaining part.

Impact power tool
An impact power tool includes a front housing connected to a rear housing. A motor is disposed at least partially in the rear housing. An impulse case is disposed at least partially in the front housing. The impulse case is operably coupled to the motor to receive torque therefrom and be rotated thereby. A first protrusion is provided on an interior surface of the impulse case. A first blade is provided inside the impulse unit and is configured to be impacted by the first protrusion. An output shaft is partially disposed within the impulse unit and partially projects out of the impulse unit. The output shaft is configured to be rotated in response to the first protrusion impacting the first blade.
Impact rotation tool and impact rotation tool attachment
An impact rotation tool including a drive source, an impact force generation unit that generates an impact force for converting power from the drive source to pulsed torque, a shaft that transmits the pulsed torque to a bit used to perform a tightening task, a torque measurement unit that measures torque applied to the shaft as measured torque, a rotation angle measurement unit that measures a rotation angle of the shaft, a tightening torque calculation unit that calculates an angular acceleration from the rotation angle to calculate a tightening torque based on the angular acceleration and the measured torque, and a controller that controls the drive source based on the tightening torque.
HANDLE FOR A HYDRAULICALLY DRIVEN TOOL WITH HEAT TRANSMISSION REDUCING PROPERTIES
A handle for a hydraulically driven tool reduces the amount of heat transmitted to the user of the tool as a result of the high temperature fluid flowing through the inner body of the handle. The inner body is formed of a heat transmissive material which has at least one channel through which the fluid flows. The handle has a number of properties which reduces heat transmission to the user, including standoffs, ribs and fastener receiving extensions.
