CIRCLIP PLIERS
20210170558 · 2021-06-10 ·

Circlip pliers comprise a first plier and a second plier. The first plier is provided with an external connection portion, an internal connection portion, and a pivot portion located between the external connection portion and the internal connection portion. The second plier is provided with an external connection portion, an internal connection portion, and a second pivot portion located between the second external connection portion and the second internal connection portion. The external connection portions are adapted to insert into grip holes in an external circlip. The internal connection portions are adapted to insert into grip holes in an internal circlip. The first and second pivot portions are pivotally connected with each other.

Filter retaining plug

A plug for retaining a filter screen in a fluid port of a servovalve, comprises an annular body, the annular body comprising: opposed first and second axial end surfaces, a radially inner surface extending between the first and second axial end surfaces, a radially outer surface extending between the first and second axial end surfaces and at least one recess formed in the radially inner surface for receiving a tool for removing the plug from the port. A tool for removing the plug comprises a pair of handles pivotally mounted to one another about a pivot, each handle having a plug gripping portion extending therefrom beyond the pivot, each plug gripping portion comprising an outwardly projecting tooth for engaging in the recess of the plug when the plug gripping portions are moved apart by operation of the handles.

Push button pin for pliers

A push button pin for coupling together two halves of pliers. The pin can include one or more balls elastically biased in a radially-outward direction to couple the pin to a retainer. The balls are normally pushed outward by an engagement portion, but a push button head can be pressed axially downward and cause the balls to align with a receiving portion, which allows the balls to descend into the interior of the pin. The push button is also integral with the receiving and engagement portions to better facilitate the movement of the balls and the removability of the pin. A user can therefore quickly adjust the jaw width of a pair of pliers and better utilize the pliers in the process.

Power transmission shaft

A power transmission shaft is interposed between a first shaft section and a second shaft section. The power transmission shaft comprises: a cylindrical section rotated integrally with a shaft section and formed cylindrically; a through hole disposed in the cylindrical section and penetrated radially with respect to a rotational axial line, each of a pair of vehicle side rotational shaft sections having an engagement groove disposed on an outer peripheral side of the pair of vehicle side rotational shaft sections and extended in a direction around the rotational axial line and the engagement groove being exposed from the through hole; and a retaining ring (circlip) disposed to enclose at least a portion of the outer peripheral side of the cylindrical section, a portion of the retaining ring being inserted into the through hole from the outer peripheral side of the cylindrical section and being engaged with the engagement groove.

Device for bending a split pin
10864621 · 2020-12-15 · ·

The invention relates to a device (18) for bending a split pin (4) for securing the position of a workpiece (2), in particular for securing a castellated nut against rotation. The device has a tool body (22) and a holding component (20) for holding the split pin (4) during a bending procedure. The holding component (20) is mounted so as to be rotatable on the tool body (22). The device (18) has a bending element (26) that is disposed on the tool body (22) such that an end of a split pin (4) that is held on the holding component (20) is capable of being bent back by a relative rotation on the bending element (26), in particular in a manner so as to be flush with the shape of the workpiece (2), between the holding component (20) and the tool body (22).

Sterile line clip separation tool
11865681 · 2024-01-09 · ·

A system and a method are disclosed for disconnecting clips. A clip separation tool includes two arms, the arms having jaws to receive connected clips at a distal end of the arms and handle portions on a proximal end for a user to engage the tool with his hand. A pivot mechanism is coupled to the arms, where, responsive to a force applied to the handle portions, the arms rotate relative to each other around the pivot mechanism such that the distal ends of the arms pivot away from one another and the proximal ends of the arms pivot towards one another. A spring biases the arms to rotate to an equilibrium position that is attained automatically under spring loading once the proximal ends of the arms are relieved of loading. The clip separation tool disconnects connected clips as the force causes the arms to rotate around the pivot mechanism.

SNAP RING PLIERS
20200346331 · 2020-11-05 ·

Snap ring pliers include two levers, two posts, and two protruding blocks. The two levers are pivotally connected to each other and relatively pivotable. The two levers each have a control end at a distal end thereof. The two posts are fixed to the control ends of the two levers, respectively. The posts each have a complete surface without a notch. The posts each have a non-circular cross-section and at least one an arris for leaning against a perforation of a snap ring. The two protruding blocks are respectively fixed to distal ends of the two posts for restraining the snap ring from being separated from the posts, thereby controlling the snap ring stably.

A snap ring pliers contain: a handle, a first clamper, a second clamper, two clamp feet, and an adjustment structure. The handle includes a connection column. The first clamper includes a first hollow fitting ring, a first arcuate section, a second arcuate section, and a first straight section. The second clamper includes a second hollow fitting ring, a third arcuate section, a fourth arcuate section, and a second straight section. A respective one clamp foot of the two clamp feet includes a shaft inserted into the first straight section or the second straight section. The adjustment structure includes a first post, a second post, a threaded rod, and a sleeve. A direction of a threaded section of the first threaded orifice is opposite to a direction of a threaded section of the second threaded orifice. The threaded rod has a first screwing section and a second screwing section.
