SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR VALVE ASSEMBLY
A method for assembling a ball valve using a system having a support structure and a tool includes positioning a body of the ball valve on a surface of the support structure. The method also includes driving one or more engaging members of the tool radially outward from a retracted position to an expanded position to engage a seat disposed within the body of the ball valve. The method further includes adjusting an axial position of the surface of the support structure relative to the one or more engaging members of the tool while the seat is engaged by the one or more engaging members of the tool to drive the seat into a seated position within the body of the ball valve.
APPARATUS FOR VALVE SPRING COMPRESSION IN AN INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE AND METHODS OF USE
An apparatus for valve spring compression in an internal combustion (IC) engine is disclosed. The apparatus includes an elongated rod having fixing seats connecting the IC engine. The elongated rod includes a fixed first lever, and a second lever slidably connected to the elongated rod. The second lever includes compression columns. The second lever pushes down such that the compression columns compress a valve spring for removal or replacement of a valve seal or the valve spring. The apparatus includes a keeper tool connected to the compression columns for installing valve keepers and/or the valve seat. The apparatus includes a camshaft removal tool configured to mount over a cylinder head in order to remove a camshaft to access the valve spring. The apparatus helps to remove or replace valve springs and/or valve seals from the engine without requiring the removal of the engine from a support frame.

Rechargeable battery powered valve spring compressor
A rechargeable battery powered valve spring compressor is a battery powered valve spring compressor. The device takes the same overall form as a standard battery powered drill with the approximate dimensions of two inches (2) wide, six inches (6) deep and nine inches (9) tall. The device is also provided with a compression mechanism with interchangeable tips for different sized valve springs. A series of gears produce the necessary torque from the motor to operate the compression mechanism. The device is powered by a motor and controlled by a reversing switch allowing the jaws of the device to open and close thus releasing and compressing the spring respectively. The device is also powered by a removable lithium-ion battery that is envisioned to be shared amongst other common battery powered tools.

Valve Spring Lock Plate Installation and Removal Tool
The invention relates to a valve spring lock plate installation and removal tool, which includes a gripping body, two replaceable extension pieces, and at least a plurality of arc-shaped clamp heads. The replaceable extension pieces are respectively provided in the assembling sections of the gripping body in a detachable state, and each of the replaceable extension pieces has at least one magnetic insertion structure arranged at one end thereof. The arc-shaped clamp head has at least one connecting portion provided on one side thereof, which can cooperate with the magnetic insertion structure, so that the arc-shaped clamp head is magnetic. The arc-shaped clamp head has at least one step portion formed an inner side thereof, when the arc-shaped clamp heads are operated to relatively close to the outer edge of the limiting valve lock plate, the step portion can abut against the valve lock plate and have a limiting effect.
